The chef made me poached eggs which I appreciate. He was just lovely! Lots of towels and comfortable bed.

I have an issue with the fact that the automatically charge you for parking. I do not drive a car when I am visiting and noticed it on my bill and had to have them remove it. They should ask if you have a car at check in and then assign a fee, if necessary, versus making assumptions. I find it dishonest. A better fruit selection would be a nice add. Bananas, watermelon, etc. When I was there, the bowl of whole oranges and apples was unappealing.

Staff was friendly, beds were comfy, lounge area nicely appointed, close to shopping (food and apparel).

The bar was closed on Sunday. We were there due to bad weather for two nights, and like others, we wanted a break from our room and hit the bar area. Other guests were there watching sports and they had walked to the store to get beer. If you cannot staff Sundays, at least sell beer. Unless you have a suite, it gets small

Breakfast included with a pricey stay was very poor. no pancakes or waffles. Except as an extra charge. scrambled eggs only. Fruit only cut up honey dew melon. No strawberries, grapes. oranges or apples. No cereal boxes, Chef was great, friendly & embarrassed by the very weak breakfast offerings.

Very clean!! Spacious rooms, comfy beds. Located in the heart of malls, restaurants, shops…you name it. We have stayed here several times and have never been disappointed.

Nothing negative to say about this place.

We booked here as we had a very early flight. We walked across the street and we are in the terminal. It’s great! Unfair to hotel to rate anything else as we didn’t use much beyond our room which suited our needs for a quick night.

The beds were like clouds i could have slept forever

I didn't like the fact you couldn't order food from ur room. Breakfast was not included, and if u wanted to eat it you had to go down to the lobby.

We like the hotel building, the furniture, and the bedrooms. We also like the style

We did not like the food for breakfast. Before we arrived I try to speak with somebody in the hotel and I could, It was about a meals promotions that I got by email. I never could do it.

Breakfast was not what I have experienced at other Hilton Garden Inns. Could use some more polishing.

The hotel is new and clean. The kids enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was what I would expect. It was included in our rate, other wise I wouldn't have paid for it. Nice lounge and bar area.

Only 1 elevator was working.

Room was spacious, clean, and had plenty of charging ports. I also liked the shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion as well as the makeup remover. The towels were awesome as well.

The only thing I would suggest is a non-slip mat for the tub.
