The hotel was located near to the seafront with bars and restaurants. The staff were so helpful. We enjoyed the facilities of a small kitchen and a generous balcony to sit out at night and relax

I thought 20 Euros a day to park my car was a little steep

1. Beach is really very near. 2. Also big grocery store is right around the corner. 3. I enjoy walking. not so far there are parks and also streets with lots of trees and shadows, so I enjoyed walking even in mid day when the sun is high. But still not all of them have trees so don't forget about protection against sun! 4. There is a possibility to do the laundry, there is a washing machine with dryer in the basement. 5. We were 5 adults and 1 10 years old child. We didn't feel like our apartment 407 is too small to fit us all. 6. Beautiful 2 balconies in our apartments with a nice view on the sea and the city! 7. Beds were quite comfortable and no one complained about back pain. 8. Not so far there are good restaurants with all kind of seafood. Just read the reviews before you chose one. 9. In old city there is covered market that works between 8 and 12 you can buy all kind of seafood and prepare something much cheaper than in restaurants! 10. Staff was very helpful and pleasant!

Kitchen is equipped so and so, the only problem might be with frying pans. Would be nice to have more of them with different sizes and better quality.

The apartment was great, perfectly clean, beds were comfortable, with the blackout curtains and the air conditioning, the flat was very comfortable even during the hottest hours. We were happy to have a coffee maker in the kitchen, very useful dishwasher set was also provided. Towels were changed in 3 or 4 days and we had many of them. The hotel is in a great location, many shops and restaurants are available in couple of minutes and the beach is also very close. Bicycles with kid seats were provided for free so we were able to discover more areas of the city with our children. The staff was very kind and helpful, we had everything what we needed during our vacation. After checking out, we could leave our luggages in a room next to the reception, where we could also change and have a shower, which we really appreciated!

The spaciousness and layout of the apartment.. I felt safe and secure staying at Residence Queen. All the facilities were of good quality. It made my week going to the conference at Palacongressi very comfortable. I could walk there and back, which meant I got my daily exercise and could take photos along the way.

The shower recess was a bit narrow. The pillows were a bit hard, but I think that very much a personal preference.

Clean apartment with good facilities. The beach is nearby and easy to reach. Also, there are restaurants and shops all around the apartment, so you have everything you need. Had an early arrival, but they let us in the room earlier than it had been noted, big thanks for that. Also, after the checkout, we could use the storage room and go to the beach. After that, they let us shower before leaving the residence. All in all, perfect value for the money.

It was very close to the restaurants, supermarket and the beach. It gave us the posibility to leave our luggages there after check-out so that we could enjoy the beach a little longer before leaving. The best thing was the fact that they gave us the chance to shower after an afternoon at the beach, even if we had already checked out.

The toilet was too close to the sink and it was kinda inconfotable to use it, but the rest was perfect.

Friendly and responsive team, available 24 hours, relaxed atmosphere, good location near beach & shops, free use of bicycle.

The doors are not sound proof and very annoying hotel guests were speaking loudly by my door, every night. So every night I had to ask Them to respect other ppl. Somehow, they weren’t able to understand/remember… 5 nights!!

Good quality vs price. Big freezer, 2 tvs (I had a 2 rooms apartment), nice balcony with marquise, nice view from balcony, air conditioning was OK, cooking plate on gas, safe for storing e.g. money/passport , good lighting in apartment, they had free bikes (also with baby chair), friendly personnel, nice area, laundry downstairs.

Hallways could be better cleaned. Room-service did not cleaned our apartment during our stay (they said this is not included in the price and we need to pay for this, also it was not mentioned we will get no room cleaning during our stay - there was a broom there)

Nice clean apartment. The hotel and the room looks a bit outdated, but all necessary amenities were present. There are a couple of paid parking options available from the hotel. Close to the beach and to a big supermarket and pharmacy.

Maybe it is a cultural thing, but I found it odd that you need to throw your own garbage made during your stay in the hotels garbage bins in the underground parking lot.

location is great, near the beach and restaurants and super market, the room was amazing, very modern and clean, the balcony is cute. wi fi is great. kitchen has everything you need. The staff is super nice. I really loved staying there.

there is no soundproof and you can hear every thing out side the room, so those who have trouble sleeping...get ear plugs. but its almost every place like this so its not a bad review... (I didn't mind at all)
