The most wonderful thing about the hotel is its personnel. Right from the first minute we were warm welcomed by very nice and professional Ms Alessandra, who made us feel like being home, meeting all our requests! As we were traveling with a child it was very important to feel comfortable and relaxed. We very appreciate it! The location is very comfortable and quiet just in 15 minutes drive from Taormina. I like that the hotel has been built on the slope not too far from the wild beach, where leads a private pass.

We had an incredible time at this hotel. They provided wonderful service to myself and my partner. The ladies at the reception made it an unforgettable experience and helped me with proposing to my partner. We felt safe and treated equally as a same sex couple. They upgraded our room and organised a private dinner on our terrace on our final night! The grounds were beautiful as were the two pools. The shuttle service was extremely useful and ran frequently. The food was great and the views were breathtaking. Highly recommend.

It was clear that the hotel had recently reopened and was undergoing renovations but this did not impact our stay too much. I’m sure it will look even better when the renovations are complete.

The hotel was very nice with ncie views of the sea and the ocean. The staff were very friendly, including the help from Shanti who was just a joy to be around. The hotel had good breakfast options in the buffet and the person managing the breakfast was very nice. The views overall is the best part of the hotel.

It was very hilly. The hotel is situated on top of hills which can be a bit of struggle if you don't use taxi or have a car. It's also far from the main centre of Taormina, although they do offer free shuttle transport to the centre. Only one thing we didn't like was the shuttle on the way back to the hotel had left us and we had to wait over an hour to find out that the shuttle was gone. We had to then book a taxi which was frustrating. However, they were very friendly about it and removed the taxi price from our final bill.

The location of the property is staggering. Somewhat secluded, with absolutely stunning views. A 25-30 minute drive to Taormina so useful to have a car. The hotel does offer a very convenient shuttle service to and from Taormina though. The staff were lovely, always smiling and willing to help, breakfast was great with fresh fruit and vegetables. All in all a great stay. The pictures from our balcony and breakfast area speak for themselves.

I went with a friend and we loved everything about this place - total hidden gem! The views were absolutely gorgeous, room was big and very clean, staff were absolutely great - especially Tiziano our shuttle driver, Fabian the lifeguard, the lovely Rosario on the bar (who makes the best Aperol spritz you’ve ever tasted!) and of course Federica the singer who was the star of the show! We will definitely be back!!!

Nothing!

The hotel is very Sicilian. It has amazing views of the ocean, great food and beautiful pools. The rooms are very clean and have smart TVs so you can watch Netflix etc if you have an account.

The airconditioning wasn’t strong enough to keep the room cool. There was no way of leaving the air conditioning on when we left the room, therefore, every time we got back it would be very hot and would take very long to get the room to a comfortable temperature. The Internet wasn’t working on the first day or night when we arrived. It also failed on the third night.

Bail Taormina was a great property to stay at during our trip to Sicily. The property is located on cliffs overlooking to see which private pools and beach access. Food was delicious. Loved the breakfast and dinner buffet and plenty of options to choose from. Staff is very nice and friendly, and having a parking was a bonus.

The address was confusing. It took us time to find the property.

The restaurant breakfast good, the evening restaurant menu the same every evening basically, the restaurant shuts every night at 9.30pm no exceptions!!

The managements response to problems

The hotel is very nice and clean. Breakfast was very good with an assortment of hold and cold foods, fresh fruit, coffee bar made to order, The dinner buffet was excellent, with fresh fish and meats grilled to order, an excellent appetizer and salad selections, entrees, wonderful Sicilian specialties and keep room for all the outstanding Sicilian pastries m, cakes and cookies.

The layout and combination of many steps and elevators to get to the rooms.

The place is very beautiful. The stuff is extra friendly. The interior, all the views, all the small details - everything is very appealing. The beach is a little bit uncrowded, but many people would like it. The shuttle service in Taormina and back is convenient. Breakfasts and dinners are varied. The life music will really make you stay in the lobby and just listen to the woman amazingly singing.
