A wonderful villa with an authentic and cozy interior. A comfortable large bed, spacious room, a coffee machine with capsules, a great location if you want to get there by train or car. Convenient in both options. The owner of the Villa is extremely customer-oriented and ready to help in any situation. Every day delicious treats, help with transfer and selection of tourist attractions. Everything is very clean, a few steps to the sea, supermarkets and good restaurants nearby. The beach is excellent, clean. I was incredibly pleased with the communication with the owner of the Villa Teresa Filippo and am grateful for the help in all matters. I look forward to returning.

We were really happy with our stay! Filippo was an exceptionally kind and thoughtful host. Every day he left us sweets, fresh fruit, pastries, juice, bottled water, and coffee capsules. The room had a coffee machine, air conditioning, and was cleaned daily with fresh towels — excellent service! The location is perfect: close to the sea, the train station, and the city center. Everything was wonderful. Thank you so much, Filippo! We highly recommend this place.

Excellent place to spent a vacation on Sicily. it is renovated hotel with original design and atmosphere. The hotel is close to the beach and cafes/bars. Filippo is a great host who was always willing to help and advise a place to visit. Thank you!

In the room we heard noises from the outside but there was not a problem for us

We are a family of six and stayed in Villa Teresa in August 2022. The weather was really hot, but luckily the rooms had an air conditioning. Also all the windows had shutters, so we were able to keep the sun out during the afternoon, when it was hottest. And still got the light in, in the mornings and evenings. The rooms were spacious and cleaned really well daily.

Filippo was a really nice host. We got water and fresh fruit and sweet delicacies every day. We also got bread, cheese and prosciutto and a possibility for an Italian breakfast in a restaurant nearby (the same place has really nice pizzas). Filippo also helped us in all our special wishes. The beach was a couple of minutes away. The sun beds were cheap: 14 euros for two+umbrella per whole day. (On another beach it was 40 euros.) The beach was nice and quiet, mostly locals or Italian tourists. 

We travelled a lot by train, to Taormina, Messina and to the airport. The covid-mask requirement was strict in the train. We recommend farm-restaurant Masseria Re Enzo, which was in walking distance (slightly hidden). You have to make a reservation for a table beforehand. It worked well in WhatsApp. There was other nice restaurants too, especially on the beach.

There was a small issue with the shower door in the bigger room and also the drains in the showers were a bit slow. The noices from outside were occassionally quite loud from outside.

the owner was very kind , attentive and helpful. He tried to fulfill our wishes and everything. He bought for us breakfast, helped to have a parking and help to give us advice what to see . He had very good ideas to look around Sicily.

Not too mutch natural light in the house but maybe its normal in Sicily.

The owner Filippo was the best guide, friendly and very charismatic. Every day he suggested us places to visit and booked very good restaurants for us. The room was beautiful and very clean. The owner brought us desserts and water everyday for free and helped with everything we needed at anytime. I would recommend Villa Teresa 100% . The beach of Santa Teresa was beautiful, calm and relaxing . The food was very tasty.

Owner was exceptionally kind and friendly. He was bringing us Sicilian cakes 🎂 on a daily basis ! Cleaning of the room was outstanding, done also on daily basis. Proximity to the beach is a big plus ( 150 m ). We had vouchers for free breakfast in the morning.

Traffic from time to time but ok overall. Nothing negative to say really !

Nice owner, interesting interiors, functional air conditioning.

There was no hot water in the evening. We could hear the other residents very well - there are thin walls. The breakfast in the form of a mini croisiant with coffee is insufficient, however the owner leaves a small snack in the room as well, which is nice.

Very cozy place that has everything necessary. The host met us with great hospitality and helped a lot during our stay. The place is very close to the sea and nice local restaurants. The delicious Italian breakfast was provided during our stay.

Villa Teresa is a great place to stay. With character and beautifully hand painted interiors. Our host was very friendly and exceptionally generous - leaving us some delicious fresh cakes from the local pasticceria plus water and juice in our own little fridge. There are restaurants and cafes within easy walk along the sea front. We had a wonderful evening meal in a fish restaurant that our host suggested. (Alohamara - 5 minutes walk).
