The place is directly at the beach with very affordable and delicious food spots around.

Not that the owner can do something about it but we were awaken up everyday from 7 am because of drilling around as the area was heavily under construction so prepare yourself with proper earplugs

The accomodation is right on the beach. The host was kind and nice. The room was very very spacious. Check-out at 11 am is well apperciated, we were able to go to the beach in the morning before we had to check out.

It is very loud both at night (we were above the restaurant) and in the morning (the road in front). The furniture was a little outdated but usable.

Carmelo was very kind with his welcome. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Café California downstairs makes it easy to find.

Do not let the sound of the waves tempt you to open the windows, as mosquitos will torment you! Use the good AC instead. Also, be aware that the included breakfast at Café California is one beverage and one bakery item…you will be charged for additional.

The owner - Carmelo - great host, fully available for the guests, totally devoted. The location - perfect for exploring the whole area, very easy to come and go. The room - very spacious with view of the beach right in front. Very clean! Linen and towels replaced every one or two days of stay. Breakfast - Coffee and croissant serves at the bar beneath the room - fresh and very tasty, especially the ones generously filled with pistachio cream! However that was not enough as we are used to so we bought some products and had our own breakfast before going to the caffe and croissant. Wi-Fi - worked well. Parking along the street always available and free 24h.

The facilities are quite simple - no electric equipment e.g. microwave, washing machine etc. - BUT these were not promised and everything was exactly as described! Due to construction works in close premises there was a lot of noise starting at 7 AM already - of course not for the owner to blame.

Our apartment was just fantastic. From the terrace ( big enough to have dinner and play outside) you can enjoy a beautiful sea view. We barely use the air conditioner since the house was fresh. Restaurants, bars and bakery was just close by.

Apartment was very clean, bed very comfortable, all things provided that I needed for a weeks stay. The apartment was large with a great balcony so that I could have evening meals in the warm evening air overlooking the sea. The beach is literally across the road, accessed via steps - clan, safe beach. A useful supermarket less than 5 minutes away - turn left from the apartment main door then right at the top of the road and the shop is on your right after a few minutes. Train station approx a 1 mile level easy walk from the apartment with regular trains to Taormina, Catania, Syracusa and Messina etc. Great communication with the host from the start which meant everything went smoothly. The bar downstairs could be a bit noisy at times which was fine with me but some may not appreciate it.

Awesome view from the terrace, very clean, big room, few steps from the beach. Price/quality ratio is very good.

For short stays is perfect, but for longer the kitchen is not equipped properly - it has very basic an old utilities.

For one night it is okey. Good localization, big appartment. No breakfast included at least in our case. Fine panoramic view at the sea far for the very horizon.

Some stain spots on bed's sheets, but rather seem to be clean and washed..

Suite with balcony to the sea.  Soundproof windows.  Incredibly clean.  The owner Miro, did everything to make me feel comfortable, he even took care of parking for me and even recommended an excellent restaurant.  Breakfast is served in the bar next door.  There is definitely value for money.  highly recommend!

The location is great and the apartment we had was a good size with a balcony looking out over the sea.

We could have done with some more mugs - there was only 1. There was also only 1 usable wine glass.
