Absolutely fantastic stay, possibly the best on our road trip around Sicily. Excellent value for money, with a nice, clean and spacious apartment. Location wise there is not much around but it was perfect for us with a car. The host was extremely helpful and kind, we wanted to stay a second night but unfortunately it was booked, although he offered to help us find other accommodation.

For the price i paid there is nothing to complain

I got a private double room with dedicated bathroom across the corridor from the room (3 towels), access to the kitchen, roof top terrace and laundry room, Italian breakfast at the local bakery with freshly made patisserie waiting for me from 5 a.m. All was included in the price with 50% discount for a single occupancy. Best value for money in my 3 week trip throughout entire Italy. As mentioned by earlier reviewers, the room is without a view. The semitransparent and openable window opens to the inner corridor leading to the kitchen. So it is a bit like living on the ground floor but with very few people passing by. The window have curtains so you can ventilate the room if you want to. Moreover, the window gets daylight from the other window across the corridor. Those windows face the nearby railway so this solution serves as a sound isolation. You still might hear trains passing by as well as neighbours in other room. Located walking distance from Santa Teresa di Riva train station, 10 min train ride to the station of the famous Taormina (+hike up to the town), good for day trips to Catania or even Syracuse. Walking distance to the seashore promenade (the beach was not in use in early spring but was marked with blue flag quality marks) and at least two supermarkets.

The electrical sockets in the room were too narrow for thicker plugs (e.g. computer). This is a general issue in Italy and it was possible to charge my computer from the socket in the bathroom.

We wanted to reach out and express our sincere appreciation for our recent stay at your incredible room. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional cleanliness and the warm and friendly demeanor of your host. It was a pleasure to walk into a spotless room and experience the benefits of the roof view that your room provides. Also, thank you for keeping our luggages after the check out. Amazing location, super clean and spacious place! The host is very helpful and knowledgable for the area! He send us suggestions with links for dinner, day trips etc. - it was perfect and no planning need it! The beach is right across the street. Kids were exploring on their own! The amazing rooftop was a bonus ❤️

The place was very nice - we received a warm welcome from the owner, she even helped me carry the bags and pushchair up the stairs. The rooms were very spacious and clean. I also enjoyed the common areas, especially the kitchen was definitely a plus, it was really well equipped. The town is well connected to all the major tourist areas - several buses go to Taormina and Isola Bella. There are many trains to Messina and Catania.

Amazing host. Super helpful. You feel very welcome. The aparment is comfortable and clean. You have the access to well equiped kitchen facilities. Balcony in the room, terrace next to the kitchen and huge terrace on the roof. Nice Italian breakfast in the cafeteria nearby.

Adriano was really a helpful and kind host, he answered all my questions and I am thankful that he took me to Savoca with his car :)
