Clean, A/C worked well, bed was very comfortable, good breakfast

Need better parking, they had warning signs that the parking lot area is a flood zone and the facility is not responsible for that damage is not really acceptable considering it’s the only available parking for your stay.

This location was very nice! My husband and I had to travel to town for a funeral. It was very accommodating.

I wish there would have been extra bedding/pillows in the room. Also wish the room was stocked with everything a suite comes with, instead of having to request everything from the front desk.

Interior was clean, orderly, appealing and quiet. My room was spacious and comfortable.

The parking lot capacity was lacking and secluded in the rear. Even the rear lot was well lit I was not comfortable parking back there. There was only one way in and one way out. Parking spaces were tight. Some of the brickwork in the rear around the pool was falling down.

It was very comfortable, and the breakfast was great. The staff was super nice. They were remodeling and we were in a newer room. It was beautiful.

They were remodeling and the entrance wasn't as inviting as our room. It will be beautiful one the renovation is complete.

Toilet lid was broken should have been checked and reported to maintenance before someone rented the room

My stay was absolutely amazing! I couldn’t figure out how to work my refrigerator and the staff member Dontreal came right down and fixed it for me. Also the house keeper Sky was amazing she made sure that she provided our towels and everything that we needed daily. The young lady that checked me is was super nice and helpful also! I will definitely be booking with you all AGAIN!

coffee maker was not clean, still had the previous K cup inside from last guest. K cup was not refilled after housekeeping cleaned up. I used the 2 provided and had non for my next morning cup.

Manager checked us in, was very friendly. We had a couple small issues with our room (a light out & no TV signal), and he came up as soon as he could leave the front desk to fix the issues. The breakfast choices exceeded our expectations, and same branch manager was on duty to check us out and once again was very friendly & helpful.

it was messy downstairs because of the renovations, and limited seating for breakfast
