Our favourite stay of our trip! Such helpful, friendly staff. We were able to check in earlier than expected, the room was a great size, especially for 3 adults. The bathroom was also a good size & very clean. The fridge was the largest we had throughout our stays in Japan, so it was great for storing our 7eleven food! All of the amenities worked great. The location was perfect, as it was near the main train station, as well as the main bus station - which we used both! If you're visiting for the Disney parks, there's a direct bus just 2 minute walk away. TV worked in English too, for when we wanted to just relax at nighttime, after a full day of tourist sightseeing. Staff were really helpful, when arranging taxi's to the airport; the front desk staff called the taxi, which arrived less than 5 minutes of calling. Would happily stay here many times!

Location is exceptional. We were 20mins from Disney, 3mins from buses, trains, metro, walk to park and bay area 30mins flat level all the way, close to Ginza by train for shopping, food selection is excellent. We loved the area so much, that we stayed a week.

Amazing staff that always greet you with a smile whenever they see you. Breakfast was good, too. The housekeeping team was also very helpful and efficient. Location wise, it's close to the train station and there's an airport limousine bus station nearby.

Personal preference of being closer to the city and main attractions in Tokyo (Shibuya, Asakusa, Akihabara, etc.)

The staff were wonderful- from the very first greeting they were friendly,smiling and always ready to help in any way with directions,bus and train stops and local restaurants. The location is great too— just 300 metres from Kasai Station and a direct bus to Disney which takes about 25 minutes. The rooms we booked were very spacious and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast wasn’t huge but it provided a good start to the day. Also there were lots of “ goodies “ in reception such as toiletries,razors,and soaps and also free hot chocolate and coffee so that was another big plus.

There was nothing to dislike. I think anyone who complains about this hotel is setting their bar too high. It’s excellent value for money

Near Kasai and bus train station. (Est.5mins walk) Direct Airport bus available from Narita/Haneda Airport to Kasai bus station. (Est 1hour/40mins) Kasai train station to Tokyo station is about 30mins. There's direct bus from Kasai bus station to Disneyland/DisneySea. (Est. 3-5mins walk) You may request info from hotel reception. Breakfast is decent but has limited choice. The breakfast menu (slight changes) rotate daily for two days and repeat. Self-service tea, coffee & hot chocolate machine is available at lobby but not in room. Laundry is available at total 300yen washing & 200yen dryer. Depends on laundry load, you may need additional round of dryer.

It's a bit far from popular spots like Shibuya, Asakusa. Around an hour train ride. However, convenient stay if planning to go Disneyland or disneysea. Room size is decent but unable to keep luggage bag open if to walk around the room.

Good location - 20 min drive to Disney, 10 min walk to Tokyo subway (for go to Tokyo center, 30 min to Ueno). Parking garage is good and convenient. Many restaurants located at the subway station. We stay here for 2 times and plan to stay here again soon when we plan to go to Disney Sea and Land.

Limited Breakfast and to be the same everyday.

Staff were all very friendly, smiley & helpful which makes our stay so enjoyable! It's only about 5 mins walk to Kasai station, which is a plus point after a long day travel. Direct airport bus to Narita Airport. This place is more local & not touristy, nice to walk around to get a feel of local life. Many restaurants, convenience stores, fast food restaurants (Mac, KFC!), pharmacies & there's a supermarket next to the hotel. Best plus point is u can take Shuttle bus no. 7 or 8 to Disneyland or Disneysea at bus stop no.10, just a 30 mins bus ride:) Well done & keep up the excellent attitude, Hotel Lumiere Kasai!

We booked this hotel on short notice without expecting too much from it, as we just wanted something close to Disneyland. I have to say, it was a very nice surprise. - Location wise, it really depends why you're coming here and what you want to do. Are you just visiting Tokyo? Then this might not be the best place to stay at, since it's pretty out of the way. Getting to any tourist spot is probably going to take about an hour, while hopping from train to train. If that doesn't bother you, then it's fine. If you're only interested in getting to Disneyland? Then this is one of your best bets. You can easily get to Disney in 30 minutes by hopping on to a bus that's 5 minutes away from the hotel. The area itself is your standard Japanese residential area. Doesn't feel touristy at all and you have plenty of kombinis around. - The staff was very polite and spoke English. Check in was done fairly quickly and they were kind enough to store our bags for free upon checking out until later in the day. - We stayed for 2 nights in a Twin Room and we were super happy with what we got. The room was pretty spacious, as we had enough space to open both of our medium sized luggage bags at the same time. Everything is clean and the beds were decent (on the smaller side, but not too small to be a problem). - The free breakfast was a very nice addition. The food was good. There wasn't a lot of variety but honestly, at this price I'm surprised this was included.

No complaints! Well worth the money!

Very close to the Kasai train station (4 mins) so no hassle to get around at all. In the middle of the busy city street so all the restaurants and convenience stores were within a few metres from the hotel. My room was spacious enough for a solo traveller, clean and tidy. Breakfast was simple yet fresh with croissants, bread for toasting, either potato salad, pasta salad, lettuce, soft boiled eggs, yoghurt, cereal and jams, a variety of cold and hot drinks available. Great service with enough English to understand you if English is your first language they all definitely knew more English than I knew Japanese so thank you. Enjoyable stay.
