I loved the pool. The walk to the beach and the beachfront area was lovely; we really liked the proximity to the beach, ease to get there and the choice of restaurants close by. The barman Isiah was very friendly, helpful and a good ambassador for the place. The guy at reception, might be Filipino, speaks very good English so we seek him out a lot, helpful, not too friendly though. Though he gave us the information that we needed. The young ladies at reception and who helped out at the bar were very friendly and helpful.

That I had to pay for my linen; and obviously had to make my bed. We were very nervous about cleaning the place; and not having the correct cleaning material. It would be better to have everything included and give a price for it. I did not like the fact that i had to clean the place; it placed a damper on an otherwise lovely weekend. Thank you.

Busy but quiet and relaxing. Location close to beach,promenade and affordable restaurants.lots of small improvements since Resideal takeover: kettle + fan in room,presence of security staff, language skills of staff.

Great pool for swimming but much green algae/ mould on its tiled walls. Still no handrail for pool- many older swimmers find the steps difficult. Guests have complained for years but no action taken. Only minority of pool users wearing compulsory armbands!

Good location, not far from the beaches and the restaurants. Very nice swimming pool and excellent value for money.

No Air Con, no idea why not. They got fans in rooms which I think It will cost same electricity but no AC. On hot days it is unmanageable.

rather quiet, fenced area, where the kids could roam freely. Despite several buildings I had the feeling the layout was designed so well, one could really feel the privacy. It is perfect for families with kids especially if the rooms booked were in the ground floor with direct access to the garden. Pool was in the middle of the area, the sunbathing chairs were plenty and handy toilettes and showers located by the pool. There was the playground for kids and outside gym, beach was within max 5 min walk. Main promenade by the beach was also 5 min walk away. Grocery shop 10 min walk.

The downstairs bistro by the pool could have offer wider selection of snacks and meals. All was about fries, fast food and sweetened drinks. The final cleaning you can do yourself, but there were not enough cleaning items to do it. Wi-fi signal in certain areas of the apartment was vanishing. Bathroom was pretty small.

The ambiance of feeling home during our stay.

1. The pillows gave us stiffed neck. 2. We were super disturb by one of the renter's dog who constantly barking early in the morning (8H) untWeil the rest of the day.

Missing a few amenities that one can find in a hotel (samples for soap or body wash, hair dryer) that could be convenient for out of the country travelers….

Great location, nice facilities, good pool, games room and outdoor space. Apartment was good value for the money.

Lots of interlopers using the pool which made it crowded. Lots of people smoking on their terraces which made enjoying ours difficult. The hotel can’t control this though!

The location is perfect. Very nice and clean. Firmly stuff and the maintenance guy was great! Got a new dishwasher in 15 minutes.

I liked a lot the position, the bar and the swimming pool. Very nice and comfy green area surrounding the whole structure where you can relax and enjoy fresh trees' shadows.

Maybe airconditioning systems should be provided in the rooms. We experienced extra hot nights when it was nearly impossible to sleep. This is why I put low score on `comfort` section.
