Wonderful hotel. Breakfast was varied and delicious and open until midday which meant there was no mad rush in the morning. The location was perfect, close to beach, shops and town. Staff were the best I have ever experienced and I have stayed in many many hotels. Nothing was too much trouble. Every single staff member - from cleaning staff to front desk went above and beyond and generally just so welcoming and kind.

I really loved the rather unique design of the hotel, and the attitude of the staff at reception, relaxed and friendly but also very professional and efficient and always ready to help. Everything worked well and was very clean. The grounds are very green and neat with lots of flowering oleanders and other plants and very well looked after. Very nice toiletries provided in the room. The swimming pool is big enough to swim and the water had a nice temperature. The hotel is in a quiet spot and in 5 min walk from the sea, and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxed. The restaurant was great both for breakfast and dinner, the dinner I had was exceptional, they even had even some local wines from Formentera. Not to be missed!

- No kettle in the room (but instead an espresso maker) - Slightly over-eager room cleaning service (twice the muchacha knocked on our door at 9.30am) - At breakfast, long queues at the kitchen counter to get some eggs, bacon or pancakes (incl. scrambled eggs).

My room was incredible, breakfast had a wide variety of options including freshly prepared eggs and pancakes and the pool never felt busy, so easy to enjoy.

The only small missing for me was coffee making facilities in the room and amenities like cotton wool or cotton buds.

Perfect location to see Es Pujols . Lovely staff ,friendly and helpful. Great pool with good pool service . Good breakfast .

The check in system was overly complicated , being asked to check in online the day before ,the system didn't recognise our postcode so just a waste of time.

The breakfast was amazing and went until 12:00. So much to choose from. The property has lots of room configurations. The pool was lovely and the bar staff very friendly and accommodating. It was just a few minutes walk to the beach literally.

The bedrooms are very much for "couples", as the bathroom was not very private. The hot breakfast server/cook was not very welcoming and barely made eye contact while you were waiting to order. He didn't seem to like his job!

The location is amazing ~ by the beach, restaurants, shops, and we could cycle to Ses Illetes The room was very comfortable too The lunch in the main restaurant was incredible

The breakfast buffet was wonderful: good choice and most items replenished sufficiently. Hotel really well located for beach and the little town, including restaurants and shops. Staff were very helpful and had exceptional knowledge of transport links.

Room would have been even more comfortable with provision of a coffee making facilities and if the water had been replenished daily.

Great experience, amazing breakfast, very close to the center of Es Pujols.
