.Our late arrival check-in and room location requests , due to our senior ages/mobility were honored. Staff was very efficient from check'in to checkout The room was spotless and comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful with local info. Just a few things. There should be a designated smoking area away from the rooms. Smoke doesn't stay right outside the room where you stay. It was rainy and humid Pets - No problem with pets because our cat travels with us sometimes. However, dogs should not be tied up, outside a room, for any length of time. A designated pet walk and relief area with bags/trash can would be most desirable. There is adequate space in front and rear of the property to allow safe areas for that. Dark bathtoom- Surprising but manageable!!! Cleanest Quality Inn we've ever stayed in Few things .mgmt didn't k ow about-tied-up dog and drifting and annoying cigarette smoke. 100 points for Quality Inn, Laurinburg! The Wrights

the room was very nice very clean also it was quiet for the most part and it's in an excellent location restaurants shopping everything is right there I also loved that it had EV charging in the parking lot

the woman at the night window wasn't very pleasant she kind of brought down the whole aura she was very Stern and blunt

My sister and I only needed something overnight as we were visiting friends in the area. It was actually better than I expected. Comfortable beds. Continental breakfast was more than enough. Again, better than I expected.

My sister noted that the floor needed mopping. There were no instructions on how to operate the shower.

the outside property and inside the room was the cleanest of any hotel we have stayed at. The lobby was clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was exceptional. Just a fantastic stay.

The only thing that I could actually say was not the best was the bed. It was a little on the hard side and every time you move it would make a crunching sound.

Great handy spot to everything we needed. Lovely building. Blinds are fantastic. Great internet and comfy bed

Close to road - quite noisy at times. Little gap above door - doesn’t seal properly. Couldn’t use pool, very minimal breakfast.

It was a quick check in had microwave refrigerator air conditioning tile floors

The vanity water pressure was very low in rm 115 I only had a 1 night stay so I didn't bother notifying the reception desk

The location was near our family. We were on the first floor, which was very convenient.

The room had a smell to it. This is non-smoking property, but the room smelled a little like smoke and irritated our allergies.

The staff.

When we got to our room, we discovered the bedding hadn't been. Changed from. The previous occupancy. The duvet cover has something all over it. I made the manager awate of the issue and he promptly gave me clean linens to make up the bed.

I like the fact that even though it was off the highway, it was quite peaceful !there was breakfast in the morning, which was a bonus if you asked me .Staff was friendly and helpful .

The only thing I didn't agree with was Eighty dollars deposit. I think it could have been less .the room already costs $100 just for one night. I guess can't argue with quality.....

Convenient and pet friendly. Comfortable and affordable.

The shower curtain rod needs to be replaced. Shower curtain wouldn't stay in place when taking a shower. Tub needs to be scrubbed down real good. Everything else was great.
