Everyone was helpful and very nice. Room was clean and well appointed.

Hotel overbooked and two friends were unable to checkin on the expected arrival date. We elected to accommodate them in our room. The staff was very helpful and provided tons of bedding and towels to make it more comfortable for us but they shouldn’t have overbooked the hotel in the first place. It was a bit annoying to find out after an 8 hour drive starting at 4am. Also the fire alarm went off two nights in a row waking everyone up at 1AM and 3AM - also unfortunate bc our days were starting very early through the stay.

Front desk staff was very nice. Breakfast was delicious and the workers were very helpful and changed the coffee immediately after I told them it was empty. Room was clean and free of any odors.

Minor room repairs are needed. The door to the room wouldn't shut without applying significant force. Probably not level. The lock to our bathroom was broken and the shower head was not attached to the wall and could easily move around.

Breakfast was good for the most part. Parking felt safe and accessible. Beds were comfy and rooms were clean

Breakfast should b earlier like at 6am on weekdays and 630 on weekends. Woulda been nice to have some bacon! Maybe some pancakes one day. Fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night during my stay on 2 different nights.

Everything about the facility was good. They were under construction at the time, and that was an eye sore, but overall all it was a great place for my overnight trip.

Because of the construction, I would have liked to know there wasn't an elevator available. That can cause problems if someone had a health condition or if someone had kids with them and had to move a lot of things. I do understand that construction has to be done, but I probably would have chosen another hotel had I known that there wasn't a working elevator. If you are going to use this hotel, just call to see if the construction is finished. Other that that it's a great place.

Cleanliness and appearance of hotel room, lobby, and premises. The lady (admittedly still training status) was absolutely awesome. Friendly, informative, and charming. I am SO SAD that I can't think of her name for applicable recognition.

Thought it was pricey for the area.

I liked that the room was spacious and clean. I also liked that the room was accomodating to handicapped. I liked that there were many outlets and USB charging ports in the room that was awesome.

I didn't like that there was an extra $150 fee on top of the cost of the room. I also didn't like that that there were no regular trash cans in the room. It was good to have recycling bin in the room, but no regular trash can. There was also no tissue in the room itself there was only a box of tissue in the bathroom. I didn't like that there were not many carts to roll luggage on and I didn't like thar the elevator was very slow.

The night clerk Justin racist, and wasn’t informative at all. Honestly I have been a manager for 18 years and the way he were acting I would have fired him on spot he’s bad for business but great for a law suit

We liked it all. Friendly staff, very nice facilities, clean room, comfortable bed, nice breakfast.

The hotel was clean and had great service, great in and out from highway

Even though it was convenient to access the highway, the highway was the problem. Ask for rooms in the back of the hotel. Road noise was horrible.

We had to leave before the hot breakfast items were out, but there was a good selection of bagels, yogurt, etc., for us to choose from.

We had no complaints about anything.
