Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable, everything worked as it should. Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as I ate locally in town so can’t speak to that. Great place to lay one’s head for the night and good for the value. I booked knowing that they were renovating. I just needed a place to lay my head for the night and I was satisfied especially given the reasonable rate. I did notice renovations in another section of the building but contrary to other experiences it was no bother to me. I will comment that the facilities seemed a bit dated but I’m glad they are making the necessary upgrades.

My only negative experience during my stay was that upon arrival at 3:30/3:45, I had to wait to be checked in as the receptionist couldn’t process check out for the previous guest even though the room had already been cleaned (shouldn’t it have already been done prior to 3 pm checkin time?) so I had to wait for a little bit, so that was a small dent in what was overall a nice stay.

Nice location for a stop over stay. Convenient. Hotel is under renovations, but you would never know. Front desk staff, exceed expectations. Clean, comfortable, relatively safe location. Single mom, traveling with young to teenage kid approved.

The staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful, I believe her name was Barbara. As well as anyone else they were all professional and kind. The king size bed and blankets were honestly the most comfortable I have ever had in a hotel/inn, I was very surprised! Room was clean and bathroom was stocked.

Unfortunately breakfast could not be served due to kitchen undergoing upgrades, no biggie. There was coffee and grab & go foods.

We love to stay here because it is conveniently located. We love the restaurant that is in front of the hotel and we also like being able to go to the nearby Walmart the day of departure so we can get our groceries for the beach. Although there was no breakfast due to renovation, the bag breakfast was delicious and more than enough food.

The fact that after some confusion about a clanged registration due to a storm, the manager made a policy decision and worked things out for us . The location and price was Great. Centrally located .

The confusion between Booking .com and the Comfort inn front desk staff about my schedule change.

Our flight was delayed by 8 hours and someone was at the hotel when we arrived late at 2:30 a.m. in the morning. Very accommodating

I had several early mornings around 5-5:30 a.m. when I was awaken to the smell of cigarette smoke.

Very nice staff, young lady and young man upon arrival. Also nice lady when we left next morning. Comfortable bed, wish there was a walkin shower which I never saw available online to reserve.

Everything fine, I just failed to see where a handicap accessible walkin shower was available in this hotel to reserve online. Remote needs replaced for the tv, also.

Location was the best thing about this facility. The room was very clean & comfortable.

During the remodel process they did not have any type of breakfast, (which was supposed to be supplied by the hotel). They did not even have coffee available.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and room, but when cooking was being prepared the venting was probably not working properly because there was an unpleasant smell in the lobby.
