Front desk friendly.

House keeping cleaned our room in the AM. A couple hours later someone tried to come in our room while we were in there sleeping. We had the safety latch on so that stopped that. My husband asked the young lady why she was trying to come in our room.. no announcement, didn’t knock, didn’t whistle. She said she was checking to see if we needed towels. Lol we know that was a lie.

We had our family reunion and needed a place to have our meet and greet for a last minute change. As quests of the hotel we were allow to use their conference room for free our whole family was so appreciative everything turn out perfect with the assistance from the hotel staff awesome staff will also return

The property was very clean. I brought Clorox wipes for all surfaces, and Oh Yuk for the jacuzzi tub. The Clorox wipe remained white after every surface, and nothing gross came out of the jets of the tub. I was very surprised and pleased. It was very close to the facility we needed to be at early for a dance competition. The manager on duty was so kind and helpful at check in.

The breakfast was very subpar compared to other hotels we have stayed in.

Normal hotel that seemed mostly clean. Friendly people who cared if I was taken care of .

This is a little different reason than most would say. For some reason the amount of heat coming from the kitchen at breakfast made me feel so bad for the lady’s cooking. They should get these girls a ac unit back there. It’s not even hot out yet.

The breakfast was really good veggie egg white omelets were good and the biscuits wete delicious. Bacon and pork sausage and cinnamon rolls were all great.

The swimming pool bottom had algae and we never saw anyone clean it, thetefore we never got to swim in it.

The location was perfect, the staff were friendly and pleasant, the breakfast was convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, the shower pressure was great, not something I usually find when I travel.

The snacks in the vending machines were stale

Hotel was new, updated, breakfast and well cared. Picnic area in back of hotel. The breakfast was good. Very clean..

Water smelled like odd. Room smelled musky maybe from water used for jetted tub. Didn't like the smell of cigarettes that was near the doors outside. The disposal for them should be further away from the doors. There were a few chairs near the lobby bathroom that needs replacement.

Location was great to where I was in for work. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean, air conditioning worked as expected and no issues with the room at all. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Only complaint would be having to go to another floor for ice. I was on second floor and ice is only on 1st and 3rd.

The staff at the front desk was amazing. The control went out, and the young lady at the front desk wasted no time coming up and exchanging it. She was very pleasant and polite my whole stay.

I enjoyed the whole stay.

The staff were amazing and the breakfasts were great! Great place to stay!

Our room didn't get cleaned a few of the days we were there. I had to ask for towels those 2 days and trash can liners. Beds weren't made. Disappointed in this aspect.
