We had a blast at this location. I'm originally from the area, but haven't lived there as an adult for a few decades, so it was neat to explore as a visitor. This hotel was exceptionally well-kept, and the front desk staff were warm and welcoming. The room met my expectations, of note, the "suitcase bar," where you can set up your open suitcases, versus that old pull-out thing that you had to balance your suitcase on. SO MUCH BETTER than unpacking your clothes in drawers, especially since we were only there for a few days. The BREAKFAST was incredible! There's a PANCAKE MACHINE! Also, the selection of foods offered for various dietary needs was impressive. Great parking, access to the gym and pool.

Because we are late risers, we kind of forfeited turn-down service, which I didn't like because we were a party of three adults and two little ones, so we generate a need for towels and trash emptying. Even though we spoke with a few workers turning down other rooms, who assured us, "someone" would attend to our room, it never happened. We WERE able to get towels easily from the front desk, though, so that's a positive.

THE ONE person who made our trip worthy of returning was Marquita “Money” Temoney. She is FANTASTIC!! You should give her a raise!! She lit up the room with her welcoming smile and gift of hospitality when we first walked in. She even texted later to see if we needed anything. You have a jewel of an employee in her !!!

Excellent Service, especially the front desk staff. Great location and very clean. Only one problem: the lady running the breakfast bar was very rude. We came down at 9 to eat, and just before 9:30 we were ready to go upstairs and wanted a juice before leaving. She just shut the door and, in a hateful manner, told us she was getting ready to close. Never happened in any other hotels.

I liked the continental breakfast and the nice lady that checked us in. The room was much bigger than I expected, and the cleanliness of the room was well maintained.

I won't say I didn't like it but will say that some renovations and upgrade need to be done in the bathrooms and elevator.

Immaculate room with comfy bed and both firm and plush pillows.Dove soap, shampoo and conditioner. Single serve coffeemaker with good quality coffee pods. Above par breakfast buffet with sausage gravy, hot oatmeal, scrambled eggs and waffles. Lovely breakfast attendant and front desk personnel.

Room 118 is very near laundry and pool, if you are trying to sleep early, it's a bit noisy.

The room was exceptionally clean, the king size bed was so very comfortable and I loved the 2 different choices of pillows they provided. The shampoos, lotions, body wash, and hand soap which the hotel also provided was a very nice touch also. Would highly recommend anyone to stay and I will be returning to this hotel on my next visit to N.C. Thank You to the staff for making our stay so very comfortable.

I missed seeing the Holy Bible in the room. And an extra blanket would have been nice. I like the room cold and he got a little chilly without the extra cover.

All staff was very friendly from the front desk to the maids. The breakfast had a wonderful selection of food. They even had grab bags to take food on the go. The rooms were spacious, the beds very comfortable and we made use of fridge and microwave. Each time we walked into the lobby it smelled like Mr Clean and we saw several times the lobby being mopped. There was lots of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was far enough away from the highway so you couldn't hear traffic noise. Several shopping plazas near by. We didn't take advantage of the exercise room or the laundry facilities but nice to know they were available.

One day the elevator broke down for a few hours and we had to use the stairs to our room on the 3trd floor

Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very clean.

Being on the ground floor and hearing loud people at 2 am... had to call the desk to ask them to quiet dowm. I wouldn't get a ground floor room just to hopefully avoid this possibility

Clean, friendly resort with decent sized rooms. Pool is small but shady. Breakfast decent but functional. You really need a car to get around. Staff were helpful and friendly.

No laundry service - only DIY.

The property was great staff was friendly. The only complaint was the noise from other guest. I could hear the TV in the room beside until a late hour and the person above me. But other than that great location.
