The breakfast was o.k. - about a 5 (on 1-10 scale). The location was good & we enjoyed the room, beds, small kitchen, & living area. The lobby bar area was cute & the outside looked very nice. The provided transportation into Pinehurst was really appreciated.

Hilton sent me 2 emails to download the app & check in ahead of time & select my room via the app. I downloaded the app & tried to check in several times, but it said that it couldn't find my reservation & to call Hilton (I am an Honors member but made the reservation via Booking.com). I called & then my zip code couldn't be linked up to my phone. I finally spoke to an agent who put me on hold for 10 minutes, came back & asked me to hold longer. I told him I will just check in upon arrival. He says he can offer me 500 reward points for listening to Hilton's marketing spiel. Frustrating!!!

When I emailed staff we didn’t need our room cleaned they promptly took care of it and kept us up to date. It’s the little things that make this a go to for us when visiting family. Can always ask front desk advice and they are so spot on…we will be back

Nothing, everything was perfect!

We had suite with very comfortable 2 queen beds. You feel like you are at home with leaving room and kitchen. Very nice facility at a great location with two big grocery stores and just 4 minutes from downtown Pinehurst and spa resort with fine dining where we had New Year dinner.

Beautiful hotel, nicely decorated for the holidays. Great breakfast options, perfect location, friendly staff, and prompt responses to any inquiries or needs. Love the atmosphere and ambiance. Outdoor amenities are also very well spaced out and cozy. This hotel just has it!

Every staff member that we encountered, the reception desk, the housekeeping staff, maintenance, and food service were extremely pleasant and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Pool was nice, hotel very clean. Rooms were lovely and cleaned everyday.

The breakfast was good but the hot options weren’t very nice. Everything too salty. Couldn’t eat the eggs.

Location and pet friendly

The bathroom. The toilet was so low it killed my back. Shower needed a hand held shower head. Everything else was great.

It was very cozy and welcoming. Love the fireplace. Atmosphere. Breakfast was really nice.

The gym is the only thing that might be nice to expand.

The hotel was far away from civilization, so there was a lot of privacy. Room was very clean and well taken care. Very comfortable beds and nice living room.

Price was way too high for the value. For the high rates at this hotel, breakfast was very simple. It was very sad to read a note saying that only one yogur per person was allowed. Paid $200 for a night and they were rationing the yogurs...

The breakfast was very good and enjoyable, when checking in the starr was wonderful.

When checking out, I asked the girl if she wouldn't mind emailing me a copy of the bill, she snapped back ,the booking site will send you a copy"
