Breakfast was quite good, plenty of choices. Room 215 was comfortable, clean, and well furnished, it appears the room was recently renovated and updated with laminate flooring, cabinets, desk, bathroom/shower. The bathroom door jamb should be repainted, paint was scraped off in many areas due to the door rubbing the door jamb creating an unsightly appearance. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Everyone was nice.

They charged my perso al credit card for 207.92 plus 50.00 when it should have been charged to the affirm card on file. Now I'm fighting to get that reversed so inconvenient for someone. I had to look at my card that sent me a email it was charged to my personal card when I was told that it wasn't charged only 50.00 damaging deposit and it would be refunded in 7 days but the whole amount was charged. It's been a headache to get this refunded and charged to the correct card.

Wonderful Staff, very nice clean and comfortable. Will definitely be staying again when we are in Sanford,NC.

The only down side was the hot tub and pool were closed for renovations and the way the bathroom lighting is done makes it hard to put on makeup. It shadows the mirror rather than brightening it up to see well.

Breakfast was much better than I've seen at any other hotel recently! Pancakes, eggs with meats and fixings, breads, muffins, danish, yogurts, hot and cold cereal, fruit.. WOW! And great full bodied hot coffee. Super clean and modern, quiet.

In kind of an industrial area which might turn some people off BUT when you walk in..... pure oasis :)

3rd floor under construction for updates, never saw anything other than handy men, very quiet. Breakfast was great.

Hotel was being updated, carpets in hall had 2" buckles, but we were explained that changes were coming. The room had wet carpets from cleaning without sucking up the water, fixed the next day, had to put down plastic and towels first night, as it was discovered 10 pm when I took off my shoes. Staff was very helpful. It was re-cleaned correctly the next day.

We weren’t expecting much since the price was kind of low and we had to booked the same day. We were surprised! The building was pretty clean, the beds were very comfortable and the staff was very kind.

We were a little disappointed because if the indoor pool was closed due renovations. Hopefully our next trip we can use it.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had lots of options. Complimentary coffee and tea, plus yummy cookies when we checked in, were unexpected and much appreciated treats. Cute Valentine's Day decorations throughout lobby. Room was lovely.

Had an issue with someone trying to enter our room in the afternoon after room was cleaned. They unlocked our door and did not advise is who they were. Had the bolt lock on so they didn't get in.

Very clean, breakfasts were awesome, staff very accommodating.

The king bed was very hard. I thought I read the beds were pillow tops. I didn’t experience that

The staff at the front desk were great!! The room was quite nice, clean and enough room. The breakfast in the morning was hot, a good variety and the area was clean.

I don't think there was anything we didn't like.
