Breakfast was just what I needed, the staff were so welcoming and helpful.

The air-conditioning could be quieter, especially when turned off, but the room was fine overall

That house keeper will knock on your door at 8 am for check out but check out is at 11 am. You could also have a late checkout but they still will wake you up at 8 am. I think with a little communication between staff this could be fixed.

Location, we're able to put a twin size air mattress between the beds for my 9-year-old, cleanliness, everyone I spoke to at the front desk was extremely courteous and friendly. Overall was a great stay

Not really enough Linens for three people but eager to help. Nothing Dollar Tree couldn't handle for yourself. Our overall stay there really wasn't anything to truly dislike

The room was clean and fresh. Bed was comfortable but being a very short person, kind of hard to get into, for me. The room was basically nice and quiet, except for the weekend visitors who were very loud and in and out freuently with loud taling outside the door!

My bed was not clean when I arrived so I couldn’t sleep in my covers the next day I had to get my own sheets and make my own bed.

The lobby was nice and clean and the staff was very nice also. The bed was comfortable,the sheets were clean and the shower had great water pressure. The bathroom was so nice n clean. I was very happy with the cleanliness of the bathroom Overall not bad for the price.

The floor in the room was dirty,I went over and wiped it down myself, No bug problem in the room we were in. The only thing was in my daughters room there was a centipede in it at first I though it was a roach but she had a good look at it and it was a centipede. There was paint peeling off the wall behind the bed. The mattress had black marks on the bottom of it. The towels were clean but a bit worn.

I liked the location and I liked that there isn’t any carpet in the room.

I feel like it could have been a little cleaner. It was decent. The walls could use some cleaning and the sink and shower curtain was dirty. Thankfully, I take my own cleaning supplies when I stay in hotels.

This my second time coming here and my room wasn’t clean But the staff ask to go back and clean it up for us while we went to our event, when we got back it was clean…
