This was my first time staying at the Countyard hotel and it exceeded my expectations. The room was very appealing and the bathroom was perfect. I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend this place to anyone.

Honestly there's nothing to dislike about this hotel. Maybe it's because I didn't stay there enough to see any flaws.

I can’t say enough about how great this stay was! Ailynn, and Judea were OUTSTANDING! These two ladies went above and beyond top tier Customer Service! The staff in the bistro were also amazing! The hotel is very clean, with all amenities. Great location! Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be returning again soon!

It was very clean, felt very safe with the doors being locked and requiring key entry. Also they turn the lights off as it gets later in the evening and the overall ambiance was pleasing. I was visiting family and appreciate the privacy and consideration of not bothering me for anything. Even when there was a mishap with my payment one night, the staff waited until they saw me come down to get my payment instead of coming to my room, as I was sleep the majority of that day!!!!

Food was expensive

Very clean and the staff friendly. The Bristro had great food and it was convenient being in the hotel. The pool was great too with towels by the pool.

Did not provide a breakfast, not even a cold breakfast.

Best rooms in Fayetteville, NC. Great for military but not civilians (the locals cater to them over other guests).

The customer service was lackluster, especially the food/breakfast staff. The server was more concerned with smoking cigarettes outside and forgot my son’s order. We had to wait for her to finish to get his food.

How clean it was I had great experience there. Robert the night shift person working was very nice and helpful. Great energy and all and I had a late check in but it definitely went smooth

We were disappointed that there was no guest coffee available, nor free breakfast. There were no safety grab bars in showers. Our waiter in the coffee bar, and cook were exceptionally nice.

It’s in a good location. It’s off to itself, but still near other stores and restaurants you may need.

The breakfast packages/plans are confusing. Make sure you get a clear understanding about how their breakfast works.

It was very clean and newly remolded. Everyone here was very friendly the hotel was not only extremely nice but clean as well.
