All the staff were exceptional. Breakfast was wonderful. The room was clean and smelling clean.

Booking. Com did not send my reservation information to the hotel until 5 hours after check-in time. 5 hours 5 hours is unacceptable. Luckily the manager was kind enough to place in an available room an hour and a half after my check-in I will not be using booking.com in the future. The room could have another mirror and set of draws.

The fact that I had to wait when I reserved my stay on line. Not only did I have to wait, it was my daughter 10 birthday gathering. They scheduled my room without a kitchen. I have to wait because computer was down . People were waiting in they car until that was situation was resolved. It was crazy but a success after all because we had to make it work.

The staff was very accommodating and pleasant to speak to. The breakfast buffet was enjoyable I do wish there were more protein options such as Greek yogurt, the coffee was really good. I will be staying there again in the near future cause I have family and friends down in that location.

The facility was clean and comfortable, the rooms were very spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast options were a little lacking, but still decent. The parking lot seemed a little open to public access but otherwise not totally sketchy.

Breakfast was great the first day. The second day no sausage, eggs only.

Would have been nice to have some breakOveralfast sausage with my eggs.

The couch in room wasnt comfy to sit on for long...needs more seating

that it was the middle of June over 90 degrees and the pool was still closed because they hadn’t had it inspected yet and sadly I didn’t have a car at the trip so we were stuck in the room with nothing to do and we’re looking forward to swimming.

breakfast was great the only day it was not was wed when we got there at 8 all was gone and lady at desk said truck had not arrived to restock so that was was very disappointing but the other days were ok .

breakfast that one day was lacking. Showers/tubs need safety bars. tv esp cbs was very distorted

The reception was clean inviting and the personnel very nice and helpful. Room was Wide clean with a comfy bed, a nice chair and a big TV . USB phone chargers and a good light system

The only flaw was the water Speed in the bath when You switch to shower mode.....but really not a biggie.
