The property is absolutely stunning from the moment you pull up. Richard, the gentleman that checked us in, was very kind and knowledgeable. The room was very clean and spacious. There were plenty of towels! This is actually a big deal...I usually have to request additional towels at every hotel we stay at because they only give 2, we had 4 in the room! There is a very nice outdoor sitting area, cornhole boards, and putting green. Very nice selection in the snack area, also includes locally made gift items which I thought was very neat.

The only complaints I have are...1- the bed was way to firm for our comfort level. Some folks may like that, but it prevented a good nite of sleep. 2-the smoke detector in the room was very bright when all the lights were off. It does an occasional flash every so often, I guess as a safety check, and you don't notice it with the lights on but it's rather bright with the lights off. 3- there was this lady from the bar that was hanging around the desk with her glass of wine. It made it kinda hard to conduct business at check-in and later when we came back downstairs to purchase drinks and snacks. I appreciate you have a bar, but patrons should have to stay in a certain area with their drinks to not disrupt business of other guests at the desk.

Fantastic amenities. Amazing and courteous staff despite checking in after midnight. Snack area had an extensive selection. The room was pristine and spotless. Smelled fresh and clean. Comfortable bedding and pillows. Wonderful location. Nice pool and gym. Chuck at the front desk needs a raise. He was personable, funny, accommodating, and professional. We LOVED him. My husband and I will be coming back!

Nice, clean and new hotel - perfect location to reach all the golf courses in Pinehurst. Good breakfast for a reasonable price. Friendly personal.

Room service needed to be requested. They still blame it on Covid that they do not clean up the room every day if you do not request it. If you want to have your room cleaned up every day and want fresh towels request it at the check-in and confirm from time to time.

Everyone was SUPER courteous and the hotel was very clean with everything that you could possibly need or want for your comfort. I loved that you also had a nice bar with restaurant onsite for the convenience of eating (even late) after business meetings all day! I will stay again! THANK YOU!

I was surprised that my bed wasn’t comfortable. I could feel the springs in the mattress! It really needs to be replaced (room 209). Usually the beds are great!!

This is a brand new sparkling clean property. The manager was hustling around the lobby cleaning and checking things. Room was comfortable and immaculate.

The hotel was practically brand new! It had a full-service restaurant (and bar) but you could still grab a quick bite for breakfast from the continental buffet if you didn't have time to wait. The rooms were modern and sleek with thoughtful storage space in the closet area and a nice coffee and tea nook. Last but most importantly, the beds were INCREDIBLY comfortable. I would easily stay here again when I come back to Pinehurst.
