The Manager Renee is completely amazing she actually cares truly about her job and the people who stay here. She is the best manager by far and the best at making a guest want to check me bk more and more

It truly would be great if u guys opened the pool for guests so many more out of area guests would stay here if there was a pool. The pool area is beautiful but to my knowledge hasn’t been open at all in the past 4 yrs

I frequent this location and foray times dealt with Hershel and Alex. Found out on my recent stay neither are no longer at property but the customer service/front desk clerk believes his name is Rash or something like that. He was welcoming and very professional. He made sure to accommodate me and made sure my stay was pleasant.

Overall, it's a clean room, but floors need to be mopped. After my morning shower, I walked around the room packing. When I went to put my socks on, my feet looked like I had run around barefoot in the parking lot. Had to wash my feet again. Spendy. This was the most expensive room we stayed on our entire trip. We were on the Hot Rod Power Tour. Cost more than the 2 nights at the 1st venue. It was the last room available in town, though.

Bathroom tile needs replaced .Large gaps in the flooring that cannot be properly disinfected, broken shower height bar that raises and lowers the shower head. Lots of rusted fixtures from flooring.

Customer service was pleasant. 1st time I encounter the front desk clerk maybe a month or so ago he was new and seemed very nervous but it was very clear he was getting better.

The places to eat was close and wasn’t hard to park with a hitch cargo hauler

The neighborhood around it was a little sketchy. The dollar store 3 minutes away showed how much crime was in the area.
