The desk clerk was extremely helpful. I had issues with connecting to the internet and she walked me though the process. In addition I did not have the full address of where I needed to go and asked her to check to make sure I got back that night. When I came in she called out and said she was concerned and glad I made it back.

The toilet seat needs to be replaced. One of the screws that holds it in place was broken. I did advise the clerk when I checked out that it was broken. This location is very clean but you can tell it is aging.

Brandon at the front desk was very kind and helpful. He's the Assistant Manager. He handled our check in. He showed us a room before we checked in. We should have taken that room. The one upstairs had black mildew at the tub tile joint. It smelled very musty. The room Was clean. The bed slept very well. Lamps are falling apart and the tv hardly worked. We were there only one night to visit Family. I gave it a nice rating because of the comfort of our bed and Brandon's kindness.

TV had no signal for most chanels. Musty odor of the room. Decor is Sad and falling apart.

This Hampton Inn was very clean and the staff was awesome. They happily helped us with anything we asked. The breakfast was grade “A.”

The alternative down comforter was too hot with no alternative.

Rooms are overdue for a refresh. Beds were very nice, but bathrooms and other furnishing need a makeover.

Staff was excellent.Rooms were best I have experienced yet. Breakfast and cordiality were exceptional. I felt like I was at home.

Staff were great and accommodating. Location is right in the center of town. Rooms and hotel are clean. Parking is safe. All in all a great stay.
