The property was very clean. I brought Clorox wipes for all surfaces, and Oh Yuk for the jacuzzi tub. The Clorox wipe remained white after every surface, and nothing gross came out of the jets of the tub. I was very surprised and pleased. It was very close to the facility we needed to be at early for a dance competition. The manager on duty was so kind and helpful at check in.

The breakfast was very subpar compared to other hotels we have stayed in.

Hotel was new, updated, breakfast and well cared. Picnic area in back of hotel. The breakfast was good. Very clean..

Water smelled like odd. Room smelled musky maybe from water used for jetted tub. Didn't like the smell of cigarettes that was near the doors outside. The disposal for them should be further away from the doors. There were a few chairs near the lobby bathroom that needs replacement.

The location was perfect, the staff were friendly and pleasant, the breakfast was convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, the shower pressure was great, not something I usually find when I travel.

The snacks in the vending machines were stale

Location was great to where I was in for work. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean, air conditioning worked as expected and no issues with the room at all. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Only complaint would be having to go to another floor for ice. I was on second floor and ice is only on 1st and 3rd.

Our room didn't get cleaned a few of the days we were there. I had to ask for towels those 2 days and trash can liners. Beds weren't made. Disappointed in this aspect.

The breakfast was very good. A wide array of choices that were well stocked, The front desk lady on the 3 to 11 shift was very helpful regardong places to eat and things to do while in Rockingham.

Super friendly staff and very helpful. Was woke up during the night by loud talking in the room beside me. Booking app told me one price for the stay with taxes but the charge was about $5 more.

The location was the only thing I didn’t particularly like. It wasn’t close to many restaurants. However, it was safe and secure.

I'm not sure. I think that we got the best value for our money. This experience actually changed my perception of IHG, and I will let my friends know about it.

It was a place we were rebounding from our last visit in which our jacuzzi tub flooded our room on our anniversary weekend, other than that we enjoy staying at the facility. Staff always friendly and try to help you.

Price was double the amount than other hotels.
