We like how central the location is, close to the Anitkabit and a Metro station. The staff are friendly and there is a huge selection for breakfast.

Although the rooms are cleaned daily, there are visible stains on the rug and the door to the balcony is damaged and can’t be locked. Luckily I was on the 5th floor but this would have been a real security issue if the floor was lower. The AC can’t be used. I don’t know if it’s because it’s still not the peak of summer but there were days that were quite warm and being able to use the AC after a long day outside would be nice.

The staff was great. They have upgraded my reservation from standard to large family room for free, good English speaking, smiling. A buffet for breakfast would give you a lot of choices and combinations for a good start of the day. And it was also a breakfast with a view on the city. The location is great (just across the street from the main train station and 100 m from the subway), where you are only 2 stations away from the centre.

Well, actually nothing. A shower cabin door was loose, but nothing that the janitor couldn't repair in a minute.

The property and room were clean , they cleaned the rooms daily . The hotel has its own restaurants so many delicious meals that you can order up in your room or go down to eat . It was close to some good turist destinations also the train station is close by . For a solo female i felt safe and comfortable at the hotel .. would recommend for others who visit Ankara .

The place is really close to the train station (5 mins walk through underground pass-way). We got a corner room, very spacious with big balcony and overall clean. Bed is comfortable. It had some bathroom necessities e.g. shampoo, conditioner, soap. The breakfast was nice, not that many hot dishes but many varieties of cheeses and veggies.

The place is quite old, you get marks on the walls, stains on the carpet, scuffs on the surfaces. Button of the toilet flush went into the wall a couple of times and cut me. The towels had some smell. Some places were dusty, like hair dryer, phone. In the morning the coffee machine was broken and only instant coffee was available. However what we didn’t appreciate at all is our bags left in the hallway without anyone looking after. After check out we left our bags at the reception so we can have a walk around before catching the train. When we got back our bags were in the hall. When we took them no one even noticed, no cool at all. Staff is okay, not like super friendly but okay.

Me and my significant other stayed there for 6 days. We had an overall very great experience. Staff are friendly. The location is nice since it is near the green line. The room is nice and clean with complete amenities. The breakfast is very delicious with lots of options and you can eat while overlooking Anıtkabir which makes it even better. The restaurant downstairs is a must try. I like their fettucine chicken alfredo the most! I would definitely stay again here when I come back to Ankara

I noticed during stayovers that there are yellow stains in the rim of toilet bowls and the mirror door of shower is not being cleaned. The TV cannot connect to the Internet so it is a bummer when you want to watch in streaming sites on bigger screen. The channels are also very limited and we tried to look for international ones but there is none.

The location of the hotel is very good. 4 min walk to two close metro stations which will take you to needed locations. The smell within the rooms and the hotel entrance is simply beautiful i wanted to ask what that scent was and unfortunately forgot to. The rooms are nice however the bathroom in the room my mother and i stayed in was small. Cleaning was very good. Breakfast and the area in which breakfast is served is beautiful. The cafe right at the front door was pretty nice. Would definitely stay again at Guvenay.

There’s nothing that i didnt like however there’s two things i hope can be better. 1- The wifi is not strong and i have to login again each time i go out and head back into the hotel. 2- The laundry can be much better. Note: The area is residential so if you need to exchange money you’ll have to head to Kizilay Street. Its a short 2 stops away via metro and its a must visit street.

The front desk staff Semeh is fantastic and also the person with him at security. They are very helpful and always have a smile. Went out of the way to help us as we had an incident with baggage.

Airconditioning could be better, apart from that everything was very good.

The front office manager Mr. Aykut who is helpful and nice. Room was comfortable and housekeeping was efficient. Rana the staff in the breakfast room was friendly and hardworking

Breakfast should include scrambled eggs and not just boiled eggs. I got bored . But that's what they had to offer. Its OK for 01 or 2days. I stayed for 7days. Toilets have no tissue box.

Staff - great. Carried my luggage to the room, a rare thing nowadays. Facilities - only stayed one night. Room facilities were more than adequate. Didn't check out the hotel facilities. Cleanliness - very good. Comfort - very good. Value for money - very good. Location - On Google Maps this looked very close to the train station. This is an illusion however, as there's a massive road in the way and very few crossing points.

Great hotel! +very friendly and responsive main manager who knows english +good breakfasts +provided additional bottles of water when I asked +nice additional things like cotton sticks, hair conditioner etc +food in room service

-other stuff doesn’t know english although the title of hotel has a keyword “business”, so I assumed everyone knew it. -no porridge on breakfast. got tired eating only eggs
