Location. It was in walking distance to the beach. The neighbor lady Kelly was very nice and helpful.

There was an arctic blast and the heater didn't work. The owner was very responsive and got HVAC out there but couldn't get the part. We ran to the store and bought a portable heater. There was a very very loud bar behind the unit. It did quiet down around 10 o'clock though. On Saturday night they had a drag/strip show. The emcee was very very loud and very vulgar. I felt sorry for the neighbors with kids.

We loved that we were able to sleep comfortably, and it was functional for all 4 of us. (Originally supposed to be 3 kids and 2 adults, but my niece couldn't come). The kitchen was big enough for multiple people to be in it at a time. The area was quiet the majority of the time. It was only 7 minutes from the Margharitaville Resort that we met our family both days. It was only 13 minutes from Walmart, and right around plenty of convenience stores, gift shops, ice cream shops, and eateries. I appreciated having a set parking spot so we didn't have to go look for one. Being able to wash the majority of our stuff before checking out was so awesome, and there were even wash pods and dryer sheets (I usually have my own so used a combination between the loads) All instructions were given the day before, and we were able to get into the place decently well. The binder of instructions and extras came in handy and we used it throughout our stay, so we didn't have to bother our host.

Being on the third floor was a little rough, but we did feel safe, so it was fine overall. The bedroom remote had to be about two feet in front of the TV to work, but we only used it at night. And there's a bar right behind where I think there was karaoke going on, but I believe they stopped by 10, so again it wasn't terrible.

Loved the entire check in process, absolutely easiest. Loved the way he made the space work ( my triplets all fit comfortably!) 2 min walk to beach. Loved that he had travel goodies in stock in restroom and plenty of towels! Washer and dryer are included along with a spacious kitchen. We had a great stay! P.S. the neighbor was a total sweetheart! My kids instantly bonded with her!

Close to the beach… awesome Host was quick to respond to questions and concerns. Addressed issues in a timely manner.

Sofa bed in living room needs upgrade. TV remote in living room not working Had issues with AC not cooling/ no cooler than 77*

I liked that it was walking distance to the beach and super friendly neighbors. The house was cozy.

The bunk beds and couch bed were not the most comfortable but they were ok. The door lock was very hard to unlock but easy to lock.

It was a cute little place, for the price you can’t beat it. it was very clean and had everything needed to make for a decent stay.

There’s a bar behind the condo. It’s only loud from 6-10ish and then they shut it down. The pull out bed isn’t in the best shape. I had planned for my teenagers to sleep on it but had to put them in the bunk beds because the pull out slants down and the bar can be felt through it. I think the frame on the couch is broke. Other than that it was fabulous for the price!

It’s an awesome location very cute and comfortable. Has everything you need.

It was amazing . If you are elderly you will have problems w the stairs getting to the condo they are steep but other then that there’s nothing to dislike .

I didn't like how whenever I messaged the chat, I never received a response once I got there. It was concerning because what if there was a emergency with the condo.

I loved this whole lil apartment. Everything is so thought out. There are lots of cooking supplies and every utensil you can think of available. The place was set up so well. It made our vacation a breeze. We will definitely use this space again. It's perfect for anyone.

I can't say anything negative about the property.

Condo was perfect. Close to shops, restaurants and sea. Only problematic was noise in late evening coming from bar nearby. We look to come back.
