The hotel is is a lovely location with lots of facilities. The buffet restaurant is excellent. Massive selection, variety and quality. Sea sports activities are free. Canoe, pedalo, and sail boarding Loads of activities Quality of drinks and cocktails very good. Theodora on reception is a credit to your team who exceeded our expectations

Too many children in the fresh water pool. Unable to swim lengths. The salt water pool is too cold Food poisoning from one meal in the Italian a la carte

- Impeccable property : clean and attention to detail throughout - Great service : our flight was at midnight and we checked out at 11. They gave us a decently priced extension till 6pm (including the full board) and even included dinner for free - Kids activities : focus on kids like the kids club, music and dance and the waterpark - Full board : loads of things included, a boat trip to another island, sunset boat trip, 4 pools with their own eateries, ice cream anytime, cocktails on demand, one free dinner at one of the paid restaurants. There is probably more, we couldn't do it all in a 3 night stay.

The swimming pools were excellent especially for the kids

Food quality is ok (not bad though) Overall price of the hotel is high vs what you get (Comparing it with other resorts)

The staff is extremely friendly (Manoiela , Lucia at the reception, Christina at Deck& Grill , Eva at the beach deserve standing ovation) and ready to help at all times, the facilities are top-notch very comfortable. The beach, the pool, the buffet and the a la carte restaurants, room (which was amazing as it had a sea and tree view and slept very well) were all amazing. Also loved the activities as part of all inclusive package i.e. snorkeling, sup, wine testing, olive oil tasting, complimentary boat tour to a sandy beach)

Few times beach staff removed the beach towels I was using in my sun-bed when I was swimming (they thought that I have left already though my bag was there) Some days or some a la carte restaurants may have longer working hours or few days they start late i.e. 08:00-22:00 /22:30 pm to allow guests enjoy the beach longer if possible

The hotel is very comfortable, with 2 spacious pools and beach access. The food was great and the facilities were clean and well kept. The hotel did not feel crowded, and there is a good staff-guests ratio that allows for a pleasant experience and great service. The hotel also offers a complementary boat ride to a nearby bay, where you can get off the boat and swim in the shallow waters, which was a fun experience. All the staff were also very nice and helpful. In addition, on our last day, they graciously granted us with a late check-out upon our request at no extra charge, which was very convenient!

We personally felt that the spa was not good value for money. We wanted to have a massage, but were told by the desk klerk at the Spa that the regular massages are very light and gentle, and if we want something stronger, we should choose the deep tissue massage, which was also much more expensive. We listened to the recommendation, but even this massage was far less in quality compared to previous massages we had in equivalent hotels. For people who look for a quality massage, I would recommend searching for a spa outside of the hotel.

Lovely hotel. We went as a family of 4. We were in peak season so the main pool was very busy but we spent most time at the beach which my children loved. You could jump in to the crystal Clearwaters and fish off the pier. The food was lovely in all restaurants. We stayed for 10 nights and that included five different à la carte restaurants and a dine out experience in a local Taverna.

Not much to say about this. The only thing I would maybe say is that it was August and the main pool was very busy. But it is a family hotel so is what is to be expected.

Very beautiful hotel with nice nature surroundings. All inclusive of high quality, especially as we stayed a week and were allowed to dine 4 time a la carte in various high quality restaurants. No real sandy beach as rocky side of Corfu but a very comfortable and very large wood+sand platform with quality long chairs and a quiet bar. Possibility to use once daily for free canoes or paddle boards. One free half-day boat trip to the South of the island.

Maybe a bit far away from Corfu Town (30mns by car). Beach bar menu could have been expanded a bit to better last a week. Not a good starting point if you like to go for long walks. Not a pb for us but beware if older people as the hotel is built on a steep hill.

These are more recommendations for improvements rather then the things I did not like: - would be nice to have cutlery, cups and plates for children, especially when the hotel it targeting families - lack of internal/external playgrounds - there is a kids klub/crash, which is nice, but having such facilities accessible for everyone would be useful, especially during rainy days - moving around the hotel can be challenging as it is very big, more signs would definitely help.

Family-friendly Resort. Lots of activities for the whole family. The restaurants were also excellent! We liked the option of choosing the beach one day, the pool the other day. Also, the front desk and activities center were both very professional and friendly.

Guests are spending a lot of money already for an all-inclusive package. I'm not sure why guests need to pay 20 euros for restaurant reservations. We have stayed in many other all-inclusive resorts, and this is the first time we encountered this.

Everything!! the hotel is absolutely amazing, so many great facilities, right on the lovely beach, super clean all the time! It’s also been kept up to date, and renovated often! loads of activities for kids, have never been in a place with so many families around, which we loved! The best part tho is the stuff!!! every single person was so lovely and went far and beyond to make our stay amazing!!!

The only thing I think could’ve been better was the bathroom in our room, the room itself was renovated but the bathrooms are still older, and not really a five star, if I am being a bit picky!
