Good property, good food and low rate.

Staff behavior. Swimming pool not maintained every time, when i stayed more than 10 time in this hotel in this time really irritatting behavior for staff bathroom also not clean actually

My spouse and I stayed at Diana Heights Luxury Hotel for one night, and we had a very pleasant experience. The hotel’s proximity to the airport was perfect for our travel plans, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, offering everything we needed for a short stay. The staff were polite and efficient, and check-in/check-out was smooth. It was a quiet and restful night for both of us before our next flight. We’d definitely recommend this hotel for couples or anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near Cochin International Airport

Nothing stood out as a negative. Our stay was comfortable and exactly what we needed

Service was very nice, organized transport for me upon departure. Check in at 4am was possible. Breakfast was okay but nothing special.

Interior of the room is a little worn down (scratches on the wall above the bed) but clean

The Rooms are sufficiently big enough and you don’t feel as cramped into a box. The staff are devoted to the guests and really understand their job roles, are polite and helpful.

We booked 2 room at this hotel to stay the night before starting our vacation next day. The guy at the reception was polite and welcoming. Check-in was a breeze, completed in 5 mins. The rooms were quite big, and nice and comfortable. Event at 11pm in the night, they were willing to provide room service. We ordered some food, which was quite reasonably priced. Serving portion was also pretty good. It definitely felt like a 4* hotel and I would definitely come back. This is a no-brainer for anybody looking for an option close to the airport. Since we were leaving early next morning, cannot comments on breakfast and other facilities at the hotel.

I had booked a room for my parents and 1year old niece. Hotel has taken of all requirements as per my request. My family quiet enjoyed the stay and hospitality of the staff. When I arrived, I got chance to see how humble the dine-in staff are. Polite, prompt and very friendly 😊 Even the lady at the reception. Missed her name though whoever was in morning shift checkout area on 24th Dec 22. Give that lady a raise😍

Bath towels are faded and looks very old. Bed sheets are also very old and faded

Cordial staff, tasty food and facilities

Wifi is bit slow
