Everything is good. My review is longer on Tripadvisor. It's a nice place to unwind. Food and drinks are yummy. The staff are very courteous and attentive to detail. The place is quaint rustic and beautiful. The bedrooms have ample space and extra beds for relaxing or reading. A quiet place to unwind. The swimming pool is open and the check in time starts early.

I waited for the check out, there was no one at the front desk for awhile. They did provide mobile contact details but I did advise on check in my early check out. It was fast though as soon as the clerk got in. So, no real problem.

Sagada-like homestay and environment. Pine trees everywhere. 🤎 Staff are accommodating, friendly and all gorgeous, especially Ms. Keit and her front desk team. Bathroom has water heater which was very much needed because of the cold climate in San Pablo during December month. And surprisingly, bathroom is spacious enough for our accommodation of 2persons.

Our 2nd pizza order took more than an hour. I hope they could update customers on the remaining time (estimate at least) on when an order can be expected. We ended up taking out our order because we're already sleepy having waited for more than an hour. Maybe service is faster on regular days.

Very nice, rustic place. The room & linens all smelled nice & clean. The water in the bathroom started to slow down to a trickle early in the morning but it was so easy to call the staff & they had everything fixed within the next hour.

The management should coordinate with their assigned staff for Booking.com & with their hotel reservations. I had already indicated my time of arrival in the booking process & made a deposit which was quickly acknowledged right after. Two days later I was emailed that I needed to make a deposit or else my reservation would be cancelled, this was clarified after I emailed them. A few days before arrival I got an email asking for my ETA which I quickly answered. A day before arrival I got an SMS again asking for my ETA which was quite irritating already. It's a good thing the place itself was so nice & the staff there were accommodating which made up for the whole communication thing.

Service was excellent Great location in town The breakfast was so good too. The food is fresh and delicious The bed was comfortable to sleep on Thank you for the wonderful stay we had We will definitely come back to stay here when we are back in San Pablo

The water for shower was too little And the toilet sewage seems to have a smell after we use.

We are satisfied with the breakfast especially the champorado & san pablo longganisa. Hoping you could offer more choices for the breakfast, for us that stayed for 2 nights. Also the hot chocolate which is not available anymore on our 2nd day breakfast.

We are kinda disappointed for the very short notice that their pool is under maintenance, which the kids is looking forward and excited. In the future, it would be better if there are pathways accessible to senior citizens w/wheelchair.

Room is clean and overall vibe is relaxing. All amenities are complete. Breakfast was yummy Frontdesk staff are friendly

Cafe service during dinner - opted not to order grilled items in the menu because the wait time is 30mins so we just settled for a few items readily available. Took 15+mins to settle the bill. Checkout time is earlier than usual @10am

Fantastic hotel, great swimming pools, lovely garden, nice food and the people who work there were really great, friendly and give me a lot of information. My best hotel in Philipines.

Nothing, really nothing.

The place was quiet and relaxing, and quite central to where we wanted to go. The food was good as well, especially the kulawo.

If we could have bought some art pieces, but the ones we wanted were not for sale ;)

Loved the breakfast! Especially the champorado with fried biya toppings and coconut milk. The Seafood medley, Kare-kareng crispy pata was exceptional. The teens loved the 5-cheese pizza they had it everyday!

Everything was good.

The grounds were wide. The aircon was cold. There were 2 bathrooms in the family room. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The stairs going to the 2nd floor/balcony of the family room were a little bit unsafe for children or the elderly.
