We stayed at Harper Kuta Hotel by ASTON for the third time, and once again, everything was great! The staff are just amazing — super friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist, even with things that go beyond their responsibilities. You really feel that they care about making your stay as comfortable as possible. Our room was cleaned daily, which was a lovely touch. It had everything we needed: air conditioning, TV, mini-bar, bathroom essentials, and a big comfy bed. The location is perfect — just a short walk to Kuta Beach and a shopping mall, so there's always something to do. Since the hotel is right on Legian Street, it's easy to get around by taxi or motorbike. A really nice surprise was a complimentary one-hour spa session from the hotel. It was such a relaxing experience — definitely recommend checking it out! Overall, Harper Kuta is a fantastic place not only for short stays but also for longer ones. They know how to create a cozy, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Would absolutely recommend it to anyone!

The rooms were great. The location was perfect . The staff, particularly the security team out the front of the hotel were very lovely and would remind us to be safe when walking around at nights which I felt was a genuine sweet reminder. Loved the late pool swims which closes at 10pm. Other 2 locations had pools closed at 7pm.

Booked 3 rooms, Aircon had to get fixed a couple of times during our 6 night stay in room 600. Two other pool side rooms I had my 4 teens staying in had a sewage smell in the bathroom, also Aircon playing up. The breakfast range was average. No poolside bar.

Room just the right size. Breakfast with a lot of variety suitable for Asian travellers. Location is definitely in the heart of Kuta and not too far from Kuta beach although I didn't have the time to walk there. Housekeeping clean the room every day of my 3 night stay. Freeflow of hot & cold drinking water is available by multiple filtered water dispenser located at every corner of each floor. Pillows are comfortable.

Bathroom floor tiles are not of rough surface and prompt safety issue when wet. 3 in 1 soap, shampoo and conditioner not my personal liking. Prefer foam bath and shampoo to be separately dispensed. Main door lock a bit out of alignment which required some skill like turning the handle upward before pushing down to open as usual.

The Harper has excellent restaurant facilities, and they cater for the needs of their guests. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts in a well-lit and comfortable setting.

The decor in the corridors when walking to your room. The walls were painted in a dirty yellow colour, there were no paintings or murals to illustrate the beauty and charm of many places in Bali. The blue corner couch was dirty and smelt of baby sick.

The hotel was very clean staff on hand to help whenever needed. Staff were very polite. When asked for an upgrade, they even showed me the room before I committed. Will be staying again on my next visit to Bali !

The only thing I would like the hotel to take was feedback. When I asked to have my room cleaned, I did request the whole bedding to be changed but the sheet was only changed.

Pls tint the windows. People can see you from outside in your rooms especially with the residential building at the rear of the hotel. I thought the windows are tinted in reality they are not! I found out later when I was walking around the hotel. Imagine I love being naked with my wife and yet people in the building in front could see us. That’s very embarrassing. And I love day light. Definitely curtains were opened during the day. The tinting film is cheap from China that’s my suggestion. The most world’s businesses and hotels got their windows tinted.

The hotel is very central to clubs, restaurants, shops, & night life. It’s 7min walk to the Kuta shopping mall & 10min to the beach.

Our room didnt come with robes are face towels. It only came with 2 towels & minimal amenities in the bathroom. Highly recommend to ask for old sheets if you have a fresh tattoo as they might charge extra if you get ink on the new sheets. Ask for 2 keys and not 1 as the room needs the card to be in for the power to work and our room was always muggy once we got back from a long day out. If you have 2 keys 1 can be left in so the aircons still running and you come back to a nice cold room after spending hours out in the heat.

Value for money clean restaurant is good with fair prices breakfast buffet is good 👍 beds are huge staff are fabulous 👌

Only down side would be hearing the bass from the clubs through the night otherwise would be 10/10 considering the price

The location was a good location in Kuta that was convenient to most things like restaurants and markets. The value was also very good. Our room was a superior twin room and was very clean. The hotel provided drinking water fountains in the lobby and hallways so you can refill your water bottles which was a bonus. The buffet breakfast was also decent and they varied some dishes each day which is good. We got a room at the back of the building away from the night club and main road noises so it was quiet.

We didn't swim in the pool because it was overlooked by most of the rooms and the restaurant, so there isn't much privacy and it wasn't the nicest surroundings either. The air freshener in the lift was too strong and gave us a headache each time we got in. Could be quite noisy during the night if your room is near the front of the building. The A/C in our room broke twice but the maintenance team were very responsive in fixing it.

The breakfast food was delicious & they also provide halal food. The hotel staffs were warm & friendly, the hotel was located a little bit inside from the main road so it was peaceful at night & offers privacy. Hotel design was very beautiful, pool & room were very clean. Overall we were extremely satisfied.

There is bad traffic on the whole strait of the road leading to the hotel. Aircond & shower had a little bit leaking.
