Very nice staff. Room was pretty good, plenty of space. Host was super nice, responded fast and was very helpful, gave us some tips what places to visit. We were little late for breakfast, but nice lady let us to eat for additional 20 minutes. For breakfast they had variety of food to choose from.

Maybe room with window would be better option for us, but they had ac.

Clean comfortable rooms and bedding. Friendly and helpful staff. Nadir made reservations for our group of 8 at Scorpion Restaurant on the beach, beautiful view and wonderful meal. His mother brought croissants early for us as we had to be at FCO early. East walk to the beach for a swim.

There were some buildings on the street with lots of construction which detracted from our initial opinion of the area but once inside it was fine. Neighborhood appeared to be safe and fine.

Absolutely warm atmosphere from the first minute . Our ferry from Barcelona was delayed and we were really pleased with possibility to have late check in . The owner was extremely kind and professional. the breakfast service was impeccable. The coffee, homemade jams and yogurt were fantastic . The lady sieving breakfast was absolutely wonderful.

Had a really warm welcome from Nadir at the reception. We got a free upgrade for our room, which was really nice from him. Couldn’t try breakfast that this property offered due to over sleeping, but Nadir offered us a take away sandwiches

A chance to recover from our flight before driving to the Amalfi Coast. The fabulous restaurant, El Chucharrito, around the corner truly made our 2 night stay so good that we returned after a month in Italy for lunch on our last day!

It was short but incredible staying in such a cozy and kind place. The host woman is fantastic. The room is very clean, comfortable and it general hard to believe that this place is so nearly to Rome, because so quiet and calm! I will return!

The guy at the desk was super nice and friendly helped us park at night. waited for us to arrive with welcome water bottles, made sure we have the right bed for our baby. The Place is quite and super clean. Nice room size.

We were welcomed warmly. The room was lovely and large. The restaurant recommended was very good. The breakfast was beautifully presented, and the coffee was excellent.

Everything, Starting with the hosts Family who did everything possible to make our stay awesome. The presentation of the property and of the breakfast was great and equal to a five-star accommodation and the best ever that we have had in any B&B anywhere in the world.

All was great as we loved it all.
