The main reason we decided on this property for our overnight stay in Rome was because it was super convenient to reach by public transport. This hotel is clean, well positioned and safe. The area is a little port city and through the window you will see the river Tiber that in maybe a 200m pours into the Tyrrhenian Sea. If you want a convenient and competitively priced accommodation PICK THIS HOTEL. Why public transport - If you buy the tickets BEFORE you board the bus via COTRAL.IT app it will cost you 1.10E per person. The taxi and shuttle services are 15EUR+ in each direction. I don't want to haggle with taxi drivers so this was my pick. We were happier spending extra cash on food. In a pinch hotel provides shuttle service that but it is 7EUR Per Person Per Direction. Mind you if you walk into the bus they will charge you the same amount if you didn't buy the ticket via APP. You gotta validate the said ticket in the bus by scanning the QR code. If you're staying for longer costs could accumulate so this may help. Public transport of Lazio (and Rome) is Cotral www.cotral.it - Their webpage is made in Word and you have all the right to be suspicious lol. But it works. Bus picks you up between terminals T3 and T1. Walk close to street to find marking on the road in yellow letters and the very small sign post. HARD TO FIND AND SEE. When you want to navigate by Google maps the Lines in Rome make sense only to the people living there. Other humans need this little hint. The board in the upper right hand corner has #f10921 (yes looks like a hexadecimal color code, but that is besides the point) Once you locate the bus station which is an adventure in itself it will take you to the hotel in 16min. It drops you off literally on the corner of the hotel so any luggage you have can be taken easily. Return to airport from same station. Lines in APP mention airport. Up to 20min. Sun/Mon travel experience.

Charging for water in the fridge 1.5Eur per bottle wasn't really something that was expected. We had to ask for the hot water kettle on the reception (Chinese/Croatian family needs) - when hands are full a little inconvenient to carry but a minor thing. There wasn't many things to find and the progress bar didn't let me stop earlier. lol.

Good for overnight stay as it is close to the airport. A few minutes driving from the airport. 20 min walking to the Car rental company ( Centauro ). 24hr reception. Quite, clean rooms. Good value for the money. Perfect location on the sea. A lot of local restaurants and bars are nearby.

I stayed only for almost 8 hours so I can't tell. There was no kettle in the room, however the morning cappuccino in the hotel lobby was great. The guy in the reception during the night shift should've been more welcoming.

I really enjoyed staying at a place near to the airport with airport shuttle service but not right in the airport where I enjoyed nice walk along the canal and had nice dinners at various cosy restaurants in the very nice town. The location of the hotel is definitely a plus. I also liked the balcony in my room, it was very comfortable to get fresh air into the room especially in the mornings although the view was the parking lot.

A kettle in the room would be very nice. And I would recommend you to reserve a room with sea view for the guests who will stay at your hotel for the first time so that you can guarantee their second stay in Rome will be in your hotel too.

I have stayed at this hotel before and continue to be impressed. It remains an excellent choice: not too far from the airport, yet peaceful and quiet. The internet is good. The hotel is in Fiumicino town, 10 min from the airport by taxi or hotel shuttle (not frequent from the airport to the hotel, if you do not want to wait for an hour, a taxi is your best option - fixed rates). Since my last visit, one change is that breakfast is no longer included in certain room prices and now costs €15 separately. I chose not to have it this time, so I can’t comment on the quality, but the price is very high and you can get a very good breakfast at the bar next door in the same road for 5 to 10€. A kettle in the room would be useful; however, I guess they do not provide it so that guests purchase hot drinks from the bar on the ground floor. Despite these minor changes, I still give the hotel full marks. The airport shuttle is a very convenient service, making the transfer to the airport hassle-free. I would definitely stay here again!

I had a flight from FCO the next day and chose to stay near by rather than in Rome. I wasnt disappointed! My room was spacious and well maintained and the bed was sooo comfortable with a clean bathroom and lovely towels too. If it was hot, I could have used the pool on top of the hotel with a great view of the surroundings. I ate in the restaurant in the evening as I arrived after dark and the food portions were big and the food was tasty at very good prices. The following morning I went for a walk and saw many restuarants near by. There were also pattiseries for fresh coffee and treats. Teh hotel offered breakfast but I didn't eat there. Take advantage of the shuttle from the hotel to the airport for only 7Euros .

The rooms are modern, featuring a sea view with a balcony and convenient parking options nearby. The bed was comfortable overall, though the mattress could have been more supportive. The bathroom was stylish and well-designed, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

The rooms have been restyled, but there are still some drawbacks. The wall paintings seem mismatched, and the minibar fridge is outdated (I can’t understand why they haven’t replaced it). Additionally, there’s some noise from the boat engines in the canal in front of the hotel, although it quiets down from midnight until morning. The breakfast was quite basic, which is typical in Italy, where a simple coffee and croissant are the norm. That said, I recommend asking for a good espresso or cappuccino from the bar. During my stay, the hotel projected festive lights on the facade to celebrate Christmas, which was a nice touch for the season but slightly annoying inside the room. However, I understand this is an issue only on special occasions.

Location is very convenient - close to FCO and right on the river for some nice walks and great sunsets. Room was OK, It was spotless clean and beds were comfortable but it could be bigger and the door was not adjusted correctly so kept scratching against the floor. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, happy to support every request and answer any question. Breakfast was nice.

Room door should have been adjusted prior to our arrival, one could assume the cleaning staff knew it was scratching against the floor when opened and could inform maintenance... No vegetables at all for breakfast.

The hotel is very new and clean and the front desk is efficiently run. We had a balcony room facing the Tiber river and really enjoyed watching all the fishing boat action as boats returned with their catch of the day and sold the fish to many brokers and townspeople. The river has a very nice promenade where people walked out to the jetty and back, and many restaurants lined the streets along the waterfront. The area was well lit and very walkable in the evening and felt safe. We would absolutely stay here again.

The twin beds were very firm and utilitarian, but that was fine for one night. The housekeeper provided extra pillows, which was nice.

Great overnight location for an early morning flight the next day. Parking was good. My husband has a Blue Disability Parking permit which we put on our rental car and we parked free in a disabled bay. Restaurants and places nearby all on the flat if you fancy a walk and it was wheelchair friendly. Prices for evening drinks in the hotel were reasonable. Reception staff all very helpful.

Sky TV kept disconnecting so staff came up twice to the room and still couldn't get in working - but it didn't affect us too much. At dinner we asked for still water and received sparking. We asked the waitress if it could be changed. She was either grumpy or shy but she didn't look happy! We booked the Bed, Breakfast and Dinner rate but in hindsight should have gone with B&B and chosen from the A La Carte menu. The inclusive dinner menu did have choices though.

Airport shuttle was prompt! First driver was a little grumpy, but was an excellent driver. Driver back to the airport was friendly and great! Great rooms, clean, roomy, excellent views. Very great for the price, location, ease of access. Would definitely stay there again!

Just a few suggestions: Would have liked coffee makers in room instead of having to go down to the lobby to pay for coffee. I realize this is a North American thing, but I'd be willing to bet many of the customers are from North America. Website needs to be updated - some of the things that we expected, e.g. room service, are no longer available. Breakfast was a little confusing - didn't really understand that we had to be in two different areas - one if you wanted the buffet, but another area of the restaurant if you wanted to order a la carte. Just a bit more information would be helpful.
