The facilities are great and the new menu is a definite plus. Spacious rooms, clean, neat and tidy and importantly very good air conditioner. The staff whom work for this hotel group are helpful, polite, friendly and accommodating. A pleasure to deal with. The simplicity of the decor mirrors the beauty of the vastness in this region.

My laptop just fits on the work space - more work space would be welcomed to be able to take notes and ease teams meetings in the morning before venturing out to site. A mattress protector should be fitted. Essential to have good wifi - very poor signal, can't comms and difficult to do work. The tv is there but no tv channels at all. Perhaps they could consider netflix and / or DSTV movie channel as an option for guests.

We really enjoyed our stay at Upington Inn. The rooms had all of the amenities you'd need for a comfortable stay and the bed was really comfortable. We were also able to catch a swim. The staff were so accommodating. We had to leave early for a family event and they made sure we had a packed breakfast to take with us. They also hosted a wedding on the Saturday evening and offered to move us to a different room should the noise be disruptive (it wasn't). We'll definitely be back.

We would have liked to know the time when housekeeping would come around so we could be prepared.

The host lady was excellent, very helpful, friendly. She made us feel welcome. She older, but she does her work and more 100% Room was very good, shower head was open and water run out good! and waiters was friendly. Food was great.

Sokkie music play loud until 22h00.the music was made by Upington Inn.sound like one guest requested this, that was visiting the bar. This should not be, if y0u have guest, wanting to rest. Or sit outside on the patio. But the host lady(sad I did not write her name down) she made a plan and moved us, to the front, and we did not heard the music anymore. More hooks in bathroom please

The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating! Basic and provided exactly what we were seeking - a clean and comfortable room with secure parking. Despite the chilly weather, our request for additional blankets was promptly and cheerfully fulfilled. We will definitely consider booking here again when travelling through Upington!

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good and the location is great. The playarea for kids and swimming pool was great. Great facilities.

Unfortunately, there was no access to wifi. The rooms are also a little dark and the curtains needed to be opened to get access to light, which does result in limited privacy.

The Inn is located in a perfect area,in a quiet neighbourhood , the room was clean and comfortable. The food by the restaurant was excellent and cooked with love. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our Upington weekend away, this was our home far from home. Definitely coming back

We did not get to enjoy the meals that the Restaurant has to offer, due to our busy schedule but what an amazing place. Beautiful place with professional staff that goes way beyond Excellent customer service with friendly smiles and caring nature to provide the best service possible. We recommend this place to any visitors in Upington.

The property was very accommodating and attentive to the guests. They also offered to make us a packed breakfast as we were leaving early which we appreciated.

The budget rooms are just that. I would avoid them and rather stay in room that have kitchenette facilities

This was perfect for one night. Large room and AC with generator. Staff helpful. Secure parking.

Unfortunately a group of transit workers were staying in the rooms on either side of us, and were out on the patios quite loud and drinking, going past ours back and forth until past 10:30pm. The buffet breakfast was good but the eggs cooled to order were overdone.

After 2 weeks camping in Mabuasehube and Kgalagadi we were looking for a place with comfortable beds and hot showers. The Upington Inn offered much more, great food, the best staff ever (Felicity and colleagues were supere friendly and good fun). The whole place is an oasis, we really loved it.
