We were in JUNIOR SUITE SEA VIEW, on 5th floor. The view was excellent, both for the pools and for the sea. Room was big enough for 4 of us (2+2 kids), beds were also ok. TV is small, and hard to connect a HDMI cable, but not impossible :) Cleaning was perfect, every day did it w/o asking, changed all the used towels and sheets. Elevators are fast, ok. Parking in the garage is easy, but there are some small places too where it is challanging to park with a bigger car. Park in front of the hotel during check in & out was easy. Free bikes for adults and kids, super and easy to pick up and return: this is the best way to discover Bibione. There are 2 pools, one is heated, one is not, but not too cold. Need to get sun beds and umbrellas next to the pools in the morning, othervise all will be occupied. Kids enjoyed the pools very much, also the slide. The animation was excellent for the kids, events almost full day, disco, games, etc. Animation team is full of great girls and boys, one of the best we have ever had. Breakfast was buffet table, good quality food. The dinner was in menu system, but appetizer and dessert was buffet table. Appetizers and desserts are excellent, super good quality! There was 4-5 options on the menu for both 1st andf 2nd plate. The quality of the menu was lower, someting like 3*, but soups were good.

Receptionist ladies were not very friendly, hardly smiles, were often on their mobiles. The quality of the menu was lower, someting like 3*. Waiters in the restaurants seams to be overloaded. Kid's payroom should be upgraded.

-Excellent, spacious, clean rooms. Very quiet at night, excellent sound proofing. Helpful, friendly staff! - Restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner - wide selections, lots of fruits, vegetables and cheese. - Beautiful property, nice sitting areas around property and lots to do for families and teenagers - pool, beach, sport court, bike rentals. Very good entertainment in the evening, enjoyed an Abba show/performance by the pool.

- Would've appreciated complimentary water in hotel room for all guests each day. - Dining window for dinner could be a little longer (7:00-8:30pm) , its early for some people

The best hotel ever according to me and my family. Everyone was very nice, especially in the restaurant. The foods were top quality. All employee wanted to fell as pleasant. They were kind, helpful and polite, especiallly in the restaurant. The hotel fulfilled everything what they promissed on the website (nice view, free parking, free bikes, clean rooms, free sun umbrellaa for the whole week, fixed table in the restaurant etc).

There was nothing, it is really a very nice hotel.

A great beach location with excellent service and facilities. The rooms were big (we had 5 of us in one room) with great aircon and very comfy beds for a good nights sleep. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and the free bike rental for local travelling was a really nice touch. The food was superb, the best we had on our whole 2 weeks away.

A great hotel, the beach was very crowded at times but this can't really be put down to the hotel.

I think the swimming pool is the best from all the hotels in the neighborhood. Underground car parking. Good hotel when you have children.

The shower was too small for a 4☆ hotel. If you want a place on the pool you need to put your towel before breakfast or you don't have place..

Main swimming pool water was very cold considering the hot weather. Half board a la carte menu wasn't served too well at the restaurant.

Lovely staff, very helpful and kind, always around, if any need. Great location of the hotel, extremly clean and well equipped. Paid for half board, plenty of food, very high quality. Wonderful pool area, including a nice jacuzzi. Just beside the sea, walking distance from stores, restaurants. Having underground parking.

Good quality of food, staff was really helpful, very good service in the hotel restaurant. Superb location. Heated swimming pool and jacuzzis were nice to have when it was not as warm outside as you would have liked. Family friendly
