Staying in Ashikaga to see friends. For Japan, the rooms were spacious and included a fridge, closet, and pajamas and slippers. The breakfast buffet in the morning offered traditional Japanese breakfast foods and tasty pastries. The staff were very friendly. In exchange for skipping on housekeeping, we were given tokens for the beverage vending machines. The towels were replaced daily and were nicely sized.

There is no triple room so we needed to get 3 rooms for our family of 5. My son enjoyed that, though.

Very nice hotel, I was there second time and i enjoyed my stay. Its quiet, great sound isolation, they have onsen, great breakfast, very polite people, everyday they change all equipment. Im always very satisfied there. There is also parking available, laundry and dryer.

Wifi is very poor and slow, it need improvement very much Also I was missing microwave in the room as almost all japanese hotels has.

Very Short walking distance from the station. Wonderful and delicious breakfast -- go early !! Good Various selection at breakfast (both Japanese and western) . Room was big and comfortable. Cozy and efficient. Good wifi and had laundry facility. Clean and great customer service. It has public bath for both men and women (separate of course) - absolutely loved it! Would recommend for anyone and would love to stay here again. They had free transportation from hotel to station - but it is not every day. Limited time... it is less than 10 min walk to the station.

I cannot think of any. I loved their public bath and breakfast. Great customer service over all. Highly recommended for everyone.

We went to Ashikaga only because we wanted to see the wisteria at the Ashikaga Flower Park this time of the year. The location of the hotel is very good, as it is only a short walk to the train station which is one stop away from the flower park. The hotel even has a nice onsen, which is very handy to relax there after a day trip.

The room is tiny, which is typical for some hotels in Japan. But it's OK as we only stayed two nights.

We wanted to visit the Ashikaga Flower Garden and this hotel was very convenient. Free parking was an added bonus for me. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

The bed was quite hard but I am an American and I think Japanese people like hard beds. The room was rather cold and it was hard for me to figure out the heater.

The hotel is close to the train station. The room is spacious enough. The view from the room is nice. They have an onsen onsite, although they mention it's a man-made one, it's still a good experience using the onsen. The staff was quite helpful providing travel information to me.

The breakfast buffet was way too simple, with very limited choices.

The place was clean, had wonderful amenities like the onset I did not expect, the breakfast was delicious each day, they coffee station downstairs was very nice! The location was absolutely perfect and easy to get to the train station and bus station!

Great location in the very middle of town and very close to both train stations. Everything was very clean and the staff very attentive to our needs. An excellent value.
