The property has 3 villas with share pool. Our villa was Clean, comfortable and quiet. Very roomy, 3 bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms. We didn't try the pool, but the other guests used it regularly. The view of the ocean was amazing. We took a walk all the way to sanur beach a couple times, along the ocean on the walkway behind the property. One night we came back around 730 pm, it was dark and we used our cellphone for flashlights, it was fun and safe . We never felt threatened. The locals were pretty friendly. The staff were eager to help, they wanted to make sure we were happy there and didn't need anything. The villas mgr were there until 11pm in case any of the quests needed help and the security team on duty 24/7. The location was a bit outside the city and harder to find. But We used GRABfood a couple of times for snacks and dinner with no problem and taxi pickup to the airport. We enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing.

This is a very comfortable, spacious house set in beautiful gardens, with a fabulous pool. It was the perfect place to stay for our family Christmas. Budi and his delightful team looked after us very well, organising the food and cooking an amazing Christmas dinner. Breakfast was delicious each morning. Budi organised a great taxi driver from the airport who we continued to use the rest of our holiday. We would definitely stay here again!

Can walk to the Nusa ferry in 15 min via a paved beach path Clean, great staff Staff can get food from nearby restaurant for dinner and make a great breakfast. Clean. Three houses are there and the pool is great. Only steps to a beach

The address is wrong in booking, if you type in Sanur residence on google that is right. Also had wrong number/email for contact. When I replied on booking to ask a message never heard back bc it was wrong contact info. Once I had the right info they were responsive. I was worried for a while on the no response. There are some ants as with any tropical place. The butler was great but they have to enter the residence unannounced to set up breakfast just to be warned.

I have stayed here before and chose it as I needed 3 bedrooms and this offers beachfront living which is unique at this price point.

The flip side is that you need a car to get to the action - it is just north of Sanur harbour. The road in and out is pretty rough. It is showing signs of neglect. Nothing bad - but if it were mine, I would get the staff to do some painting, repair damage to the sofa, maybe put in a decent oven and replace the fridge.

The villa is a very short private walk from the black sand beach. Inside, the villa is beautifully decorated, very spacious, lots of sunlight. The staff are very kind, friendly and reliable. We were welcomed and felt very looked after during our stay. The staff clearly want you to be happy. We enjoyed in-house spa treatments which were extremely good. Falling asleep to the sound of waves is lovely.

It was slightly aged but this is to be expected for a villa by the sea. It is in a remote area, not that we disliked this as we wanted peace and quiet, but it takes a taxi ride to get to shops and restaurants.

One of the best places to stay in Sanur. We love the large and clean living space & rooms. Awesome views.. my family and I had so much fun at the pool. Service is excellent! If u want a relaxing stay, do not think twice, Book this place now!

The only negative is the location which is off the main strip. When we wanted to order dinner from gojek one night, our orders keep getting cancelled as there weren't any delivery riders available and we ended up going out to buy macdonalds 3 hours later.

A very spacy vila with all you need to have a great stay. You can relax on the terace or by the swimming pool, enjoy a message, order a food delivery for a cheap price. There is cleaning every day, very friendly and super helpful staff. Good internet connection.

Just the area around is not the nicest, but is being invested in and developed. And the room facing the road is not much sound isolated so you can get woken up every early morning by cocks crowing.

The Villa is just fantastic. Incredible view on the sea. Two large rooms and two bathroom on the first floor, one master room, one bathroom and one large living room at the ground floor. A lot of light thanks to veranda at the ground floor. Very nice garden and swimming pool (shared with the other two properties) The personal is very attentive And always available to help.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The staff made our journey exceptional with their helpfulness and friendliness. The location is perfect, conveniently close to all the beautiful attractions in Bali. I highly recommend this place for families, especially for those visiting from Saudi Arabia. It truly felt like a home away from home!

Spacious for family of four holiday and luxury of ensuite bathrooms for each room. Infinity pool overlooking field and sea so calming to look at. Budi and staff very friendly and helpful and avaliable on whatsapp for arranging any excursion or taxi trips.

My only negative is the privacy between each residence,. that could be a quick remedy with a trailing plant as a screening or bamboo sheeting. The road getting there is very bumpy and not tarred but once there you are in an oasis. There is currently construction to the right of property but you hardly hear it. You can walk to Sanur along the front of the property to the ferry station and hire electric scooters to get around the 9km of beachfront restaurants and shops. You not as remote as the initial drive to residence as you might think.
