The pool was exceptional, the gym was good, the food is good, the services were topnotch, and the staff were helpful and ready to provide assistance even if it's beyond their jurisdiction

Unfortunately, their charging port is not the UK type so it was difficult to charge for the 6 days spent, one needs an adaptor that has Albanian charging type, although provided by the hotel but was not enough as they could only get us one, considering we had 4 phones and 2 tablets. They also had USB cord charging port/point, but no type C port in the hotel.

Everything was perfect. Check in, breakfast. The pool is amazing and a good thing it stays open until very late at night. The food a the restaurant is delicious. Rooms are soundproof and although the place is close to the airport with airplanes flying over, you don’t hear a beep inside.

Just a few minor things. The Tv has a very limited selection of channels and it does not allow the access to apps (not even facebook). It is also important to place some supervisor at the pool as some teenagers started jumping and diving and it is really bothering considering it is forbidden by pool rules. Anyway, minor issues overall.

it’s out third time at this marvellous hotel in Tirana. We visit the south and a couple of days before we need to fly back we stop at MK and everytime it’s an amazing experience. Starting from the professionalism of the staff at the reception and to continue with the cleaning team (we had a baby nappy accident in the room and needed urgent service) and adding the breakfast team that kindly helped us (Altin in particular was excellent and kind hearted) even tho our room didn’t have breakfast included, and to finish with the young driver of the shuttle. People is what makes this hotel so exceptional for us

The restaurant staff seems a bit disconnected from the rest of the warm team in the hotel

This was my second time at MK. This time I stayed here between 14-17 July 2024. I am very satisfied with my stay. Clean room and comfortable bed. The pool was very nice during these hot summer-days. The staff were wonderful and took good care of me: the receptionists were always ready to help me with my requests, the great service from the staff at both restaurants and of course the girls at the SPA ( thank you for the body-scrubbing, the whole body-massage and the pedicure). It was a very relaxing stay and gave me a good start on my vacation in Albania. I will definitely come back to MK Tirana. Again thank you so much to the staff!

Best  hotel out of 5 I have stayed in Albania. To be fair also the most expensive one. But clearly the one, where I would gladly come back again. Super comfortable rooms, SUPER! I value how much everything is thought through: 2 completely different pillows for different tastes, 2 blankets (I am so tired to always ask for another one), blankets, which don't make you super hot at night. Absolutely silent room despite air conditioner. Clean. Excellent bathroom. Top class. Restaurant with delicious meals, good coffee.

I really have nothing to say. This hotel is near the airport. I would not chose it for vacation stay as it is not near the see and close to the road. But cannot imagine better place to stay overnight before the flight.

The hotel was 4 star definitely. We would love to be able to stay longer and in the summer, the pool looked fantastic. The room was really comfortable and came with robes and slippers, and all the amenities you could possibly want. We had booked without the breakfast, but decided to eat breakfast there, and the buffet was fantastic. The service in the Restaurant was absolutely great. We wish we could remember the gentleman name in the dining room. It started with an S, but he was so wonderful and very communicative and gave us lots of good information. Check in with and check out went fantastic. Very impressed with the Hotel. When we say that that the location was great, it was location that was best for us. We had come in on a very late night/early morning flight and didn’t feel like finding our Airbnb downtown so the hotel is located very close to the airport.

I like the room and the service.

I was really dissapointed about the sauna. There is no cold bath after, and also the sauna was off when I arrrived there, altought the staff was informed I go there. After my notice they turned it on, but after one hour it raised only 70 degrees, wich is definitely not a finnish sauna. So after I hour of waiting (in the evening, befor the flight) I had to go sleep without. Please be more careful, sauna was the reason I have booked this hotel btw.

The beds were super comfortable! Shower had good pressure and wonderful towels. Air conditioning worked well. Room was spacious and spotless. Great floor to ceiling curtains to block the light. Quiet. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious and breakfast was very good with a large selection! Staff were very professional and friendly. They spoke good English, too.

We didn’t have our bathing suits with us, but even if we had, I don’t think we would have gone swimming. They charge $15 per person per day to use the pool and additional fees to use a lounge chair or bed. I feel that’s rather expensive considering the cost of the rooms.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The hotel itself is stunning, with a beautiful design and fantastic amenities, including a wonderful pool and sauna. Dinner exceeded all expectations—one of the most delicious seafood pastas we’ve ever had. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. A special thank you to Diontela for handling the only issue we encountered with exceptional professionalism, and to Irine (I hope I got her name right!) from the restaurant, whose food and travel recommendations added so much to our experience. We can’t wait to return on our next trip to Albania!

We had a very pleasant and informative check in. The room was very clean, convenient and the mini bar was full. There's a pool which is great to spend the time at. There's also a restaurant with a nice menu and polite service. The best is that you can have a free shuttle to the airport any time arranged and the distance is only 6 minutes approximately.

The breakfast was very small but it did have some traditional goods which is good. The german standards of the service are there but the reception definitely needs to work more on their service. We had a late check out with an extra charge which is great however, there were completely no lights on the last hour we were in the room and at the air condition screen was indicated that the room was unoccupied. We did inform the reception they told us the maintenance will be sent. No technician ever came and the lights came back on the last 5 minutes we were in the room (according to experience they checked us out of the room in their system and back in). Great hotel to stay at but definitely a few things need improvement.
