Lovely boutique hotel in a quiet street, comfortable room with every amenity. Nice garden and pool area. Very kind staff.

We arrived at night, it was raining and the restaurants close by were all full, so we went to the hotel restaurant. Very expensive dinner for absolutely tasteless food, so much so that it was hard to recognize ingredients, all mixed up. Worse dinner ever.

My room number 3 was above the kitchen, smoking place of staff and near the terrace. You could hear all the conversations and it was a little annoying! Very close in front of to the window the wall of another building.

Everything! From the moment we arrived, Laura on reception (with her exemplary English) ensured we knew where to park and how best to bring our luggage down. When we checked in we were taken aback by the rooms. They are stunning! Beautifully decorated and so clean. The pool felt like it was only for our family as it was only used by 1/2 families. The breakfast was the best we’ve ever had. A stunning buffet (on beautiful crockery) and food made to order should you wish. All served by a lovely waitress. This hotel is exactly what it says it is…boutique.

This should be called a 'beau-tique hotel. Nice decor, excellent outside facilities, great location, really friendly staff and a super restaurant with a top chef. We went to a nearby restaurant that had just lost its Michelin star but still had a wow factor. The Casa Granados chef was equally good in our opinion. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Not really a dislike but the car parking facilities are a bit restricted (2 cars possible only on site). Not unusual for a small hotel in a coastal village with narrow streets and closely packed houses.

We loved the spaciousness of the room. The room was well appointed with everything we needed. The breakfast was superb with a wonderful variety of foods. The staff were friendly, helpful, and personal. Casa Granados is uniquely located within walking distance of the castle and the beaches. We enjoyed the intimacy of the town. The beauty of the geography on the Mediterranean. The proprietor was hospitable and interested in our experience as guests.

Would have loved to stay longer!

Tossa is beautiful, the hotel is elegant — only sorry we didn’t have the time to use the pool and the jacuzzi

Esthetics and location were perfect! The staff here is so lovely and helpful and even made arrangements for a driver to collect us at the end of our stay. Little travel packs like toothbrush, razor etc. was thoughtful. Pool was not heated as it is not summer yet but the jacuzzi was perfect. We would definitely come again! This hotel and location was one of our favorites about our visit to Spain.

Sometimes a little quiet. Soft background music around the common quarters outdoors would be good but not a negative it just could be a nice touch.

It was our second time in the Casa Granados and it was again really good. The rooms and the entire hotel are really beautiful, decorated with love and a view for details. But not only the decoration, also the technical equipment is very good, e.g. a Smart TV with Netflix. The breakfast is served in the restaurant of the hotel, which has a very bright and nice ambiance. Everything you need is available, incl. fresh fruits and fresh cooked egg dishes. The pool and garden area is very nice, too, for a relaxing time after hiking or exploring the city of Tossa. Staff is very friendly and service oriented. Overall, if you would ask me to describe my definition of a perfect boutique hotel, I would describe the Casa Granados.

This was a treat: charming hotel in converted buildings in an elevated part of the old town, near the castle, with pretty narrow streets and lots of greenery. 2 min walk to a small cove with a sandy beach below the 12 C fort. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent: the fillet steak was superb and there is a good cellar for a fine bottle of La Rioja. Highly recommended. The friendly team kindly upgraded my booking to the suite deluxe which is spacious, well-appointed and very comfortable. Muchas gracias!

It was our first time here, and both the hotel and the location completely captivated us. A magical place with excellent facilities. Friendly, welcoming, smiling, and always helpful staff. We will definitely be happy to return.
