Our short holiday was marvellous because of Arka medical spa. There were plenty kinds of food during breakfast and dinner and they were very delicious, thanks for them. The staff always tries to help and to support us. The hotel is closed to the Baltic, so we went there any time of the day. Also, there are lots of spa procedures in the hotel, like massages, sauna, swimming pool, fitness and etc. I really recommend Arka Medical Spa if you would like to have great time on your holiday.

I pretty don't like my short holiday here 😁 because Arka medical spa is very friendly and great place for relaxing. Only a thing was embarrassing us that there were no bath cosmetics and slippers in the room. However, it's not big deal for us because we had brilliant time in Arka Medical Spa. Thanks a lot for the staff from kitchen to receiption here.

Nice hotel, near the beach, great for the children, amazing breakfast, clean and comfy rooms. I definitely recommend. We were there in May, so mainly full of retired people, but in the summer must be good for the children with extra activities for kids. Also loved the variety of food at breakfast, everything you could ask for and more.

Tight and busy car park, very busy hotel, don’t go there if you’re after peace and quiet. Staff could try a little bit harder to be more polite and smiley.

Amazing SPA, cinema, rooftop coffee bar and the terrace in my room with sea view. Great breakfast and in general a lot of choices of food in the restaurants I would even say too much food. Nice location even though far from main promenade I really like it. Friendly staff in the hotel but amazing crew in SPA all people working there were giving more than 5 star’s service. Also great staff at restaurants very hard working people. Activities such aqua gym Pilates available free of charge.Bathrobe provided but no sleepers. Lots of activities and very good choice of health care treatment definitely SPA is the place to be

Too many people huge hotel with 1000 of people. Physiotherapy space -for many treatments no booking possible and for the one I managed to book ladies providing service not customer minded very bad attitude however ladies at the reception very nice and friendly. House keeping not coming to clean your room unless you ask for it I did not get the concept of kettle in the room coffee cups and kettle provided but no coffee tea milk of sugar provided I find it strange why it was in the room or the hotel offer coffee tea in the room or should be written that kettle is provided but no tea or coffee will be provided by the hotel-however coffee in the lobby bar was really good. Very uncomfortable bed No ventilator in the bathroom

Swimming pools, SPA, nice selection of dishes. We expected to have a room with additional coach for kid, but in a room we had additional bed, huge balcony. Really nice pizza in the bar. A lot of events, led show, cinema, kids room where kids do a lot of funny stuff. And the sea side is amazing, highly recommend

Pretty old hotel, something can be broken. Personal in a week of stay only once took garbage from the room and only after we asked, despite on the "Please clean" label.

It is like all-inclusive hotel in Egypt. Everything is in the hotel.

all-inclusive for valuable price means mass-market, not bad, but not the best. Around is a reacher hotel and it is completely different level. However, you will pay 3x price for it comparent with Arka

Fantastic large facilities (pools, jacuzzi, saunas, etc) and expansive common grounds. Good restaurants and cafes and bars. Friendly staff. The only problem is that rooms are outdated and in need of renovation/updating.

Perfect value for money, great location on the sea front ! Room, restaurants, receptionists and all of activities at hotel perfect. Lovely dance party every night with different DJ !!! Love tennis court there 👍👍(open 24/7) amazing!!! Brilliant 11th floor coffee shop rotating/moving all around 👌 Breakfast just splendid (serving at least up to 11am) Good stay , we will be back !!!

Breakfast closed earlier then 11am and tables were always prepared and reserved for lunch despite the whole room was mostly overcrowded.

All at one spot, easy to get to the beach, pool, entertainment, sports, spa all in the hotel. Good kids service too. Clean rooms, restaurant staff very patient, staff at lobby helpful.

Walls were not to thick, neighbours could be heard at night.

The staff at the reception and the spa! The indoor pool, massage services, inner playground for kids and cinema, love music events!

The food was medium. No English description and no clear details of what type of meat is there. Restaurant staff couldn't speak English at all, which was surprising.
