The hotel and the room were spotless clean. The location is wonderful as it is quite close to the city center yet quiet. We had a lovely balcony view so highly recommend the rooms with the view. There is a spacious parking although it could be a little bit more difficult to get to it as the streets are quite steep and narrow. They had provided beach towels and umbrellas which was a nice touch. The AC was working perfectly as well as the other amenities in the room. We had complementary sweets as we arrived which was very charming. In general, wonderful hotel.

It felt like there could be more staff working there. However, everyone was very kind, responsive and supportive to our needs.

We received a warm welcome from the reception. The hotel is relatively modern with nice inside and outside dining areas. We only had the breakfast, but that was more than adequate with hot food available as well. It's worth paying the extra for a sea view room, which also has a spacious balcony. Car parking was excellent and the location was great with only a 5 mins walk into town. This was the best hotel of the four we stayed in Sardinia and would certainly recommend.

I was a little expensive but compared to other places we stayed, just about worth it.

Parking is available and there is enough of it, can imagine during high season it can get rather tight for space though. The location is not central to the town so you can enjoy a good night's sleep with your windows open, however there is no netting on them to stop the insects flying in. The room we booked was spacious and with a sea view and the view was indeed very much the selling point of this booking, with a generously sized balcony where you could you leave your clothes to dry out on the available rack. The bed was big and firm to our liking with good quality pillows. Storage for our things and also a kettle and a mini bar available. The bathroom deserves a mention, very nice design, super clean and functional, with a magnifying glass, hairdryer and all the toiletries and towels, the shower cubicle generous in size. The breakfast was a delicious suprise with many options including fresh vegetables and fruits, variety of cheeses and pastries, you can also dine at the hotel and the helpful staff with advise you with a suitable wine pairing, ours was spot on!

The water pressure in the top floor is not the strongest when the shower is being used simultaneously in other rooms.

Location was great. Close to best sandy beaches of the island and best location for ease to catch a boat from the marina where you can only access the spectacular turquoise waters by boat. Don’t expect huge variety of food, Pizzas are the most offered on menus. Gli Ullis restaurant had a great menu especially the local fish bake and the delicious Vongole spaghetti.

Loved staying here. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. We had a car and parked in the private parking which was already sorted for us, the rooms were amazing - clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and we also went to the restaurant one night which was lovely. The hotel also provided chairs and an umbrella for the beach. Great location and overall great hotel.

A very clean , comfortable hotel with superb staff and a Restaurant still serving at 10:30pm after our flight was badly delayed . The pizza and recommended local red wine was amazing ! A good choice of breakfast . There are hotel electric bikes available to hire too !

Nothing really - it was perfect for our one night stay before heading to the south of the island .

The room was very modern and comfortable. The balcony with table, 2 chairs and clothes drying rack (clothes pins included) was a plus. The staff members were very attentive and kind. The breakfast area was large with a variety of options including fresh fruit, pastries, cereal, meats, and cheeses. As a bonus, guests are provided with 2 large beach towels, 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella and we enjoyed spending time at a nearby beach. There is a private parking lot for guests a short distance from the hotel.

The hotel is on a hill which makes for a great view - it’s about a 5 minute walk downhill to the city center but takes a bit longer coming back up. A flashlight/torch would be helpful for the trip back after dinner in the city center. It’s a small detail, but it would have been nice to have a mirror in the room instead of just in the bathroom.

Check in at 1430 Person arrived at 1435 ok but I arrived with other people and this created a queue waiting. For a large residence I think they are creating problems for themselves The breakfast was a busy and a bit chaotic with one poor lady working the coffee machine and being very stressed Easily solved let people get their own coffee ? Or add another machine.? Their evening restaurant was in town .

Class accommodation. Clean, comfortable bed and with a kind of vintage style + with terrace Sun umbrella was availiable with chairs for the beach Central of Orosei was good reachable by walk Parking slot nearby available

Comfortable rooms with beautiful view and 5min walk to old town. There is a supermarket next to hotel, beach towels are provided. Every morning they serve a delicious full breakfast with egs and local products.

We are returning guests and it seems that level of service is lower every year. There is no coffee in the room and you can only have one hot beverage for the breakfast? It seems to me like a cheap way to lower costs, but it really leaves bitter taste to otherwise good experience.
