Good facilities and great location.

Ridiculous about people going to the pool at 7am to reserve their pool chairs. They keep them all day even when they leave the pool area so no one can get a seat. The beach area you have to pay for, even the one covered by the hotel.

It was very hot, and air condition wasnt working

I loved the position of the hotel and the sea view was fantastic. Staff very friendly specially at the pool bar. Spa was okay but most of the time just the whirlpool was working. Jana gives the best massages ever, strongly recommended. Breakfast was good and good choices.

The hotel looks nice but needs an update. The only thing I could complain is the room cleaning. Room was clean at my arrival but I was there 10 days and my room was never vacuumed, same hair lying in the bathroom, room carpet very dusty after 10 days of staying. Only towels were changed daily and bedding ones which is fine. But the room and bathroom not being cleaned is not acceptable.

We were upgraded from a regular room to a suite of a room and a living room - and we are very grateful to the hotel manager for that At the reception the representative named Mr. Marco (the lower of the two Marcos He welcomed us and helped us with everything we asked for. The next day, the first day after we encountered a problem with the air conditioning in the room and a break in the shower floor - he offered us to move to an adjacent hotel that belongs to the Palas Hotel, only newer and more luxurious, called Palas Lux, at no extra charge, and as compensation for the grief, they offered us to park our car without the daily payment of 15 euros

Despite what I will mention later - our stay was excellent and pleasant, the attitude of the staff members was wonderful - the hotel is very clean, the food at breakfast is excellent, and with a large selection The room is excellent - the view is lovely - and we would love to come back to stay at this hotel again. When we arrived it was 30 degrees, the air conditioner in our room was not able to cool well enough - and the next day we were offered to move to an adjacent building Belonging to the hotel - where the air conditioners were really strong - to our dismay, the glass door in the shower had loose hinges and after we informed reception - they sent technicians and took the whole door to repair

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast offers a variety of tasty food. The hotel and the room was exceptionally clean. The view from the balcony was amazing. The hotel is situated on a very good location, everything is nearby, the beach, the marketplace, a store. The bathroom was exceptionally beautiful.

The king sized bed was two single matresses put together, that was a little bit uncomfortable. The parking is too expensive. The private hotel beach is available to the public. The hotel guests do not have reserved sunbeds, and have to pay full price for the sunbeds, which is, in my opinion unacceptable.

I like staff approach and option of pool availability with salty water as well as room layout and all facilities in room.

I didn’t like behaviour of 2 boys in charge for loungers on the beach. We were told on Hotel reception there is no charges for loungers after 5pm anywhere in Montenegro beaches as per their law however 2 boys kick us out with explanation Hotel Palas payed for beach and some other nonsense reasons. It was very rude of them and I believe they should be trained how to speak to people and guests of Hotel Palas.

This is maybe one of the most beautiful locations on the entire Montenegrin coast. Room with the terrace, gorgeous sea view, nice garden, swimming pool, promenade and beautiful, large sandy beach in front is everything you need for a very pleasant stay. In addition, extremely friendly and helpful staff makes you want to come back again and again with joy.

Ekstra location, ocean view.

There was no toilet paper when we arrived, they meseed up our cards and give us one card for another room, no soap, they don’t have enough parking space, i was expecting more for the price, you are paying extra for the gym and spa i am a little bit dissapointed for whole experience because of the carelessness of staff.

Location in the resort and on the beach. Upgraded to sea view room in a newer part of the hotel which was excellent.

No pool towels were provided which would be expected in a 4* hotel, nor could we hire any, despite other package holidays customers having pool towels. Breakfast was satisfactory.

We loved the location and the whole surroundings. Everything is in walking distance. Comfy pool area with amazing views at the bar. We were upgraded to a lux room, and it was spacious, pretty, nice panorama and comfortable bed.

Small maintenance problems in the room, it didn't affect the comfort that much. Breakfast quality could be a bit better.
