The building is fabulous and is adorned with a vast amount of furniture and art pieces, but there are some aspects that are beginning to show the need for maintenance. Staff were outstanding, the place was spotless and a tea station was available day and night. The pool was a great place to relax.

Parking was a bit hopscotch. Cars seem to park anywhere on the site that has no dedicated car park for all the rooms available. There are sauna rooms near the pool but none were working during our visit.

It is a lovely privately-run hotel, in ideal location: 5 min walk to Tagernsee lake, 5 min to the bike rental shop, 20 min to Wallbergbahn (the lift which goes up the mountain for sightseeing and hiking). The staff is very friendly - we arrived after official check-in time, so the keys were left for us in the mailbox, very kind) Excellent well-balanced breakfast (have food choice for both meat-eaters and vegetarians); very fresh and delicious bread and bakery! We lived in spacious 2-rooms apartment with a garden view (i believe this was a suite or lux) on 1st floor, #121. everything very tidy, bed and beddings are nice and comfortable.

Villa Adolphine is a hidden gem in Tegernsee area! Breakfast service was great, and so was the covered pool area. It's in an amazing location, quiet and has all the comforts one could think of for a short-to-long stay. Owner/ Adolphine team are amazing people, and they were extremely accommodating with all our requests. We will surely be getting back again, around winter break next time.

We celebrated my wife's birthday. Specially served breakfast on the terrace. It was beautiful, even a festive cake-dessert was offered. We rented 3 rooms in the villa together with friends - everyone is very satisfied. Excellent villa, bright, vintage style - like from Carol's fairy tale "Through the Looking Glass". The staff is very friendly. Large area, because the villa is part of a large spa complex. There are areas for relaxation. Beautiful place - there is where to walk.

This is not a minus, but more "thinking out loud." Ordered Prosecco for breakfast in the morning to celebrate a birthday in the morning. It turned out later that the bottle cost 500 euros, despite the fact that in Lidl you could buy Prosecсo for 8 euros :)

The size of our room, the view, the silence around the facility, how close it was to the 'downtown' and to the lake. The breakfast was very good, in a beautiful, charming room with romantic tableware

Vegetarian/vegan options could be a little bit more varied from day to day. Also, it would be nice if the hotel had free/cheap bikes for its guests

We liked spa, but it wasn’t fully functional. Quite pricy as well

The room was very large and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and staff was very attentive. Location is very quiet which is ideal or a good night's rest. Still, it's only a short walk away from the lake and from several restaurants. I will definitely come back again.

The shower and bath tub are combined, which isn't my personal preference. However the quality of the shower was excellent.

Very welcoming staff and beautiful grounds. The barman was lovely and was very chatty. Our room was very comfortable and big. The reception staff were helpful and organised us taxis when needed.
