I travel to Laredo frequently but my usual hotel was sold out so I chose Red Roof Inn. It is in a convenient location, close to shopping and restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool was exceptionally clean. I was disappointed that my usual hotel was unavailable but it was a blessing in disguise because I found Red Roof Inn which will now be my new favorite place to stay in Laredo.

The lady who was working at the front desk was not very inviting. I waited for several minutes to check in while she was outside engaged in conversation with a gentleman. When she finally entered the lobby to assist me, she rattled off the hotel policies like a robot and never smiled or even look up at me.

The hotel is comfortable, clean and friendly staff, the location and parking lot for trucks is a blessing

I had to call front desk at 2 am because the next door guests were outside our room drinking and being very loud every time they laughed which could not help me go to sleep, I am thankful I called and security was sent to make them stop being disrespectful to other guests trying to sleep.

I loved the room being so comfortable and the hotel close to many sites

It was 10:50 am and there was loud banging on my door asking if I was gonna check out or stay, I said check out, then 5 min later, again another person loudly banging on my door stating it was already 11 and I had to leave. That is extremely poor and disrespectful service as my family and I felt thrown out. A phone ring and some grace time of 11-11:30 to check out would have been much more appreciated for repetitive guests like myself. I hope something is done about this, I am really disappointed 😞

Very polite bilingual staff and clean rooms and guaranteed smoke free rooms, exceptional quality for the price.

Of course for the price, it's expected that they won't go too far and beyond. I do wish though they had more than coffee for breakfast, even if it's for a higher rate. All in all, the hotel is amazing in quality and I love that it's a smoke free building.

It was a great value, close to the highway, service was very accommodating, extremely hassle free, everything was CLEAN! This was my second stay and I will stay again. This will be my go-to stop when traveling this route.

Elevator happened to be out of service one of the mornings making my baggage transport difficult, but it only happened once. I don't think this is a regular occurrence.

3rd floor room overlooking the pool area was very nice. King bed with 3 pillows was comfortable excellent. Desk it room allowed me to get some work done. TV was crisp and new. AC was excellent considering outside was 110 degrees. Staff was exceptional.

It was pretty quiet for the most part (I'm a light sleeper so that was good).

I loved the price and the location everything was near by. The room was clean and the staff was great. The only issue that I had was finding a parking space but I went with a caravan going to Mexico so I expected that kind of traffic.

Breakfast included.

This is my second time staying here. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the young lady at check in was phenomenal. She was quick to check me in while maintaining a professional attitude and smile. The room was comfy. Not too much, but just what I needed to lay my head. Quiet too.

Door from bathroom didn't lock. Else, room and accommodation are greatly acceptable. Good room spacing, very clean, as the whole facility. And a large parking lot.
