The room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. Overall the hotel is in good condition.

The Hotel Bar is not really a restaurant and it’s not really a bar. They offer beer, but no mixed drinks. They have tequila, but can’t make a margarita. The free breakfast, was marginal at best, hot food was not hot enough and cold food was not really cold. The quality was lacking and needs a lot of work. The hotel lobby and restaurant area was to hot and was very uncomfortable.

I left my email at the reception when I checked out on 4 Dec. Today is 20 Dec and I am still waiting for the receipt. I sent messages on booking app, no response

The breakfast was buffet style and very basic.

I had booked and pre-paid through Booking.com and there was some issue with payment so I ended up paying twice. They are in the process of refunding the second charge.

The general environment. It was clean and nice, and the staff was very attentive. The food was delicious, the place has a lot of seats to enjoy the view, take a coffee, and chat.

They gave me a room on the fifth floor and I use a wheelchair!!! Thank GOD there was not any incident which prevented me from using the elevator! Every time I needed to use the bathroom, I had to be carried. The bathroom was small and my wheelchair didn't fit through the door. 😢😢😢

We had a pleasant stay and they were helpful after checkout.

I couldn´t request the official invoice via the website. But I contacted them and they helped me right away.

We had to leave before breakfast was available.

That there was only entrance through the front. I could not seem to access the stairwell so I had to use the elevator with my dog.

Very good location. Nice, comfortable rooms and amenities. It included breakfast and I was surprise for it, really nice, and the people helping at breakfast were really kind as well.

lovely hotel. all the staff were great and very helpful. free bottled water was a bonus. bed is comfy, room was large. good shower. very happy with this hotel.

COMFY, great breakfast and the Bar closes at 22.00 nice!

shower had only one door and water splashed all over the floor makimg it slippery,. staff unwillimg to tmely issue the payment invoice. One month later the same staff asks for documents sent weeks ago.
