Staff was friendly and helpful as to what they can do . Staff was nice

The only thing I had was with the taxi . I asked for one at 730 and i missed it . The taxi driver told them to call but did not hear the phone . I did just make my connection flight . It was my fault I missed the first taxi . But wondering why never got call or knock on door . Like said my fault but after taxi asked would have hoped . But staff very nice and helpful. And will stay again .

The location to the airport was ideal. Check in was very quick and friendly. During the stay any staff that was in close proximity greeted me and was happy to help. Value for the money was great.

The hotel was just fine and met my expectations. Only down side and not the fault of the hotel was, booking through my work portal I did not receive any credit on my Wyndham Rewards.

We have stayed at the Vantage Inn & Suites twice now and both times have been wonderful. The staff at the hotel are very nice and go above and beyond when we needed anything. The lady that works in the breakfast room, I called her "smiley" because she smiles all the time. She is so nice and helped me carry my breakfast to my room, as I had my sister's breakfast and my breakfast. She gave us 2 bottles of water when we left, so we could have it for our long drive home. We will be back again.

Everything was great, we had no complaints.

Staff are very nice, friendly and accommodating.

I understand that i booked a pet friendly room but the room has a smell of dog pee overtime. I recommend having a spray that is strong enough to get rid of the smell. Overall it was a good stay.

There is a sign in the elevator showing what amenity each floor has which is great and very useful. The breakfast was also good and different for each day.

My room wasn’t cleaned up properly when the time came for cleaning

Pretty much everything. Tv channels pillows bed. Breakfast except for no bacon.

They didn’t serve bacon for breakfast. But everything else was great.

Breakfast was better than the website pictures. Hot eggs and sausage included.

I'll go to the odd numbered rooms next time to be at the back of the building away from the road - quieter!

The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and have everything needed.

The clock radio alarm went off before mine and woke me up before I needed to be up.

from check in to check out the staff were outstanding and the hotel met and exceeded my expectations. I was on the top floor and prefer to use the stairs and found them very comfortable to use very clean and open. It’s not sure what to expect at such a great price and was extremely pleased with this property. Will definitely use again.

The only thing that could’ve made this day better was the restaurant be open.
