Location is great, next to the beach and restaurants, close to train station (5’ walking), and close to the boathouse (5’ walking), where you can take a boat to many places and have a nice breakfast right before going on a boat trip. It’s also 5’ from the little city tour train stop. I recommend.

I had upgraded my room to a sea view room. However, I was placed in a side window room with a very small view of the sea. Besides, it was noisy.

Didnt bother with breakfast, very good cafe next door, Bar very close to the promenade reasonable prices. Town close and both bus and train station short flat walk.

Not a good position for electric plugs in room, should be above counter. no Light near wardrobe, had to leave toilet door open to use that light.

Location location, location,, helpful and friendly staff, restaurant and bar facilities, 24hr reception desk, beach towels, complimentary water in fridge.

Very minor, but: No shower curtain, no sliding hands-free shower head support., no coffee facilities in room

Location on the sea front is excellent. Also only 5 minutes walk from the station. Breakfast was ok, with good coffee and bread, small choice of fruit and cold meats, cheese, and scrambled eggs and bacon

Bathroom had only a hand-held shower and no shower curtain

Restaurant was expensive, food good but equally as good in local restaurants and better value. Could have done with more drawer space.

The staff was just wonderful. Flexible, understanding and cheerful. The room was clean and very calm. The bathroom is not new, but very cleand, and I like the mediterranean charm. Nice view towards church.

Everything in this excellent hotel deserves highest marks: its polite, exceptionally helpful staff; location on the beach; cozy rooms; proximity to all restaurants, bars and entertainment. Cannot wait to come back.

The restaurant on the ground floor could definitely improve its service. First waiters ignored our presence, and when we came to them and asked for English language menu, they promised to bring it immediately and never came back. We left the restaurant and never came back too. Hopefully this restaurant and the hotel have different management.

Great location, just 50 meters from the beach.

Housekeeping could be better (for example; make sure the is enough toiletpaper and empty the waste bins)

The location was excellent. I had a sea facing room and woke up to views of the Mediterranean sea, which was literally across the street from the hotel. The St Raphael train station is a manageable 4 minute walk away, even with lots of luggage. Many nearby attractions e.g. the marina, casino, restaurants & shops, churches as well as the city of Frejus to keep you entertained. Considering the proximity to all these fabulous places, I found the price to be well worth it.

The property is a little dated, and modest in capacity & furnishing. That said, all amenities expected from a 21st century hotel are available e.g. complimentary water, on-site restaurant, housekeeping, toiletries etc.

Clean and comfortable in a great location right on the beach. Although we did not have a sea view our room had a lovely outlook onto the square. Quiet in the evening so got a good nights sleep
