The room was quite good and very clean. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure everything is ready. Beds were comfortable and large. Room amenities were great. Breakfast was really good! Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Bathroom was having rust issues and accessories were covered in rust. The water pressure was really bad for some rooms we booked. There was a cockroach in one of the toilets. Flushing system was malfunctioned in one of the toilets. Booking.com mentioned that they allow BBQ but did not mention only vegetarian dishes were allowed.

The only minor inconvenience during my stay was the need to check in at the main hotel and then walk to the villa. The distance was short, but on rainy days, it proved to be a bit challenging. Nevertheless, the exceptional service and the genuine hospitality of the staff quickly overshadowed this small hiccup.

Rooms were good, and the shower was great. Staff were friendly and were always available to assist. Breakfast was simple and good. Room aircond was good.

The common area was very warn and not air-conditioned. It had fans but was just circulating the same warm air. Could have just provided air cond at common area or else guest will be stuck in their own room and no benefit of the common area.

They need to buy new furniture for the room. Broken cabinets and chairs brings the standard down. We had 4 rooms two showers were not good.

The staff were very friendly and polite. The villa was very cosy and loved the privacy it provided. Beautiful murals on the room that spoke a lot about the local culture. Rooms were very big and spacious. Bathrooms exceptionally clean. Food was absolutely heaven on earth. Local Jaffna food was a new favourite.

We had a 2 night stay at the villa and it was lovely! The staff was very helpful,friendly and attentive. Clean and cozy rooms. They had a lovely spread of local cuisine for all the meals which was really yummy.. No complaints.. Will be visiting again very soon..

Fantastic location, beautiful interior and world class customer service. We were always at ease, from the moment we enter we were treated with renowned Sri Lankan hospitality… Vijay and Ashad were always there to accomodate our requests with a smile and never missed a chance to ask what they can do to make our stay a pleasant experience. Although we never got his name, even the security person greeted us with a smile and offered great travel advise about the area. The breakfast buffet was definitely another highlight, had a great variety of foods to suit our taste. We would love to recommend the place anyone travelling to Jaffna.

Excellent authentic Jaffna food with added western spread. Staff were more than happy to attend to our requests. The location is very close to Railway station, it was also close proximity to the Jaffna town. Safe location with ease of access.

The staff is so good. Particularly Rajivan and Vijay are very helpful and understanding. Vijay is very good hospitality.
