Perfect for a short break. There is a really lovely and clean pool area, friendly reception staff who allowed us to check in an hour early after a long journey and the secure parking was great. Breakfast was ok. The hotel is in a quiet area of the island and about a 20 min walk to Sainte-Marie where there are a couple of restaurants there on the lovely square, the food wasn’t right for our family with kids but was lovely to enjoy a drink.

Air con would have been great but I understand this is part of the hotel’s green policy and not common on the island.

Quite hotel , sufficient continental breakfast with fruit, yogurt, breads, cereals, eggs . Staff friendly and helpful. Pool well maintained and cleaned daily.

Pool doesn't open until 10 am. Bike hire not available until 10 am even though it states on their literature that you could hire from 8.30 on the previous evening. No safe. Additional cleaning fee for apartments which isn't clearly stated when booking.

It was all on the one level. Very clean. The apartment was spacious and very well laid out. Very nice pool area. Breakfast was excellent. Would highly recommend the hotel.

On arrival (we were early), thought staff were a bit frosty!! We had walked from bus stop, so we were tired. We were allowed leave our luggage but we felt very unwelcome initially!!! The deposit of 150 euro for breakages was a bit extreme (knew beforehand) and not asked for this in any other hotel. It was refunded on departure but I certainly think its unnecessary. Staff improved in attitude over the two days!!

Hotel was quiet with mainly older adult people. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was continental with sufficient choice.

Pool doesn't open until 10.00. Bicycle hire doesn't open until 10.00 even though it was written that bicycles could be hired from 8.30 the evening before. No safe available even though again it is written in their welcome pack

It was a very welcoming, clean and good value for money given the location. The rooms were clean, comfy beds, nice toiletries in the bathroom. The hotel lobby had a nice area for kids to colour in which was a nice touch. They had a bike hire at the hotel but as we arrived in the afternoon in peak season they had all been rented. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Nice breakfast also. Nice clean pool… good for kids and adults.

Having to pay 10€ / day for parking was a bit of a pain. There was also a bush near the entrance of the pool that was swarming in wasps which scared my kids quite a bit.

Friendly helpful.staff. Delivered everything promised. Great explanations of the facilities. Facilities clean and very functional, definitely met our needs.

It was just a shame the pool was closed during our visit. Experiencing the first warm spell of the year, it would have been great to cool off.

The apartment had plenty of room for two people and the mini kitchen was really useful for breakfast, a small snack or very simple meal using the single hob and microwave. The complex was very peaceful and the staff were really friendly and helpful too.

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We paid extra for a breakfast which was very good. We also paid extra to park the car securely. It was about a 15 minute car ride to St Martins where most of the shops and restaurants were located. All the rooms were around a pool which looked very good.

Short drive to the beach, but we also enjoyed the pool and playground on site. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms.

Parking on site costs extra but street parking was free, and we found a spot available. Be aware that a baby crib is also an addition fee as well.

We had a lovely stay. The room was a good size, comfy beds. good shower, very friendly and helpful staff and the pool area was very pleasant. It’s possible to rent bikes at the hotel (which we didn’t have time for — next time!) and parking is available outside for free (if you find a space) or inside at a charge.

Weak, erratic wi-fi but that is probably an area issue rather than the hotel.
