The whole place is a good place to stay. It’s a bit formulaic and the rooms are a bit basic - but it’s very acceptable as a great base in a lovely area. There’s a big bathroom and big sofa and the whole place is clean and tidy. The kitchen area is very small but ok for breakfasts and light meals. The main bed was comfy and the bedding was good quality. Our kids slept well on the sofa bed which was a good size. The air con was very welcome on a few days. We’d stay again but probably with an outdoor area. This one was on the first floor with no balcony. It was also very quiet despite being full.

The pool was a great size but not very warm at the end of July. Our kids could only spend about 15 minutes in it. It was a bit basic and whilst a small point you had to make up all the beds etc on arrival - they have a formula which seems to work ok but don’t expect anything that varies from it.

Nice and clean, confortable bed, plenty of room in large apartment Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Pool looked inviting,though we didn't use it because of the weather. Would recommend and return to if in the area.

Definitely not a complaint, but the entire complex rooms, corridors etc. all felt a bit anonymous What I didn't like was being told to ensure the toilet was clean when we left and the bins emptied or money would be taken from our €300 security deposit. Or having to take our sheets and towels to a certain area on checkout.. First time ever, having stayed in hundreds of places over the years.Surely at this premium price they could employ cleaners ?!?! Als no toilet paper supplied. We had to get our own.

Clean practical and comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Nice pool and facilities. Great location with a short walk to the sea front and local amenities.

The shower pressure was very weak. The stairs were very creaky so it was difficult not to wake others in the morning. Sometimes it was tricky to find somewhere to park.

The staff is a 10, very friendly and helpful.The swimming pool is well maintained and clean,a beautiful place, quite well maintained.

For those staying upstairs, it is quite difficult to carry luggage up the stairs.There is a need for better ventilation in closed common spaces, such as hallways or stairwells, where a stuffy atmosphere always persists.

Functional, recently built, clean and tastefully furnished small apartment village. Very accessible by public transport in quiet village of Rivedoux.

Definitely no frills - you need to make up your own beds and strip them at the end, put bins out etc. You need to bring your own supplies of things like coffee pods, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, tea-towels etc - or you can buy a pack at reception. That said it was extremely good value, so we didn’t mind bringing our own stuff (we knew in advance to expect this).

Lovely clean apartment with well equipped kitchen. Pool was well kept and quiet. Table tennis available for children / adults to play. We hired bikes from the property directly was worked well

Great location near the beach and shops. Very nice and friendly staff. Good size Duplex, very clean. The swimming pool and the facilities are very good.

Cleaning of utensils and removal of sheets and towels to be done by us.

Well designed and fitted studio with compact but complete kitchen and also outside space to eat. Staff very helpful. All round great value.

Sometimes car parks were full

Excellent location for shops and restaurants locally including the beach. Complex was very well maintained as was the apartment. Bikes available for rent on site and free secure parking on site as well.

Can't think of anything that would've made it better.

Lovely location

We originally booked a two bedroom apartment with pool view but we were given a two bedroom house with 1 toilet downstairs which was unsuitable for our Elderly friends who experienced difficulties using the toilet often through the night we arrived late on our 1st night so no energy to complain .
