The room was perfect, especially the balcony. Bathroom is spacious and clean. Location is perfect for the town center and the train station 3 minutes walk. Didn't use breakfast.

Room was clean, quiet and the bed was super comfortable - mattress and pillows. Staff were very smiley and friendly and very helpful. There is a luggage storage room which is very secure - can only be entered with a staff member present. There is also a courtesy shower room if you need to change or shower before check-in (after a long flight) or if you have checked out but want to go to the beach should you have time before your flight. There is a nice reception area to wait for taxis etc. Train station is at the top of the road and about 5 mins walk from the hotel. Beach is at the bottom of the road (opposite direction) - also around 5 mins walk. There is an Auchan supermarket nearby too and there is a space in the fridge in the room for your own drinks and snacks.

Friendly and helpful staff. they helped us with a more quiet room and many other information we requested. The rooms were clean and the location is great. Overall is a great value for the money :)

The fact that we have sent an email and they did not reply back. we wanted to reserve parking spot but as they did not reply we thought it is not necessary. Indeed we have had to be more persuasive but in the end we found some parking spots around the hotel.

nice hotel very close to the train station and within walking distance to the beach, the room with a balcony was a good choice, the equipment was adequate, nothing was missing, very comfortable beds, the room and bathroom were clean, we did not try the breakfast

the hotel is on a fairly busy street, the noise from the street can be annoying - we expected this and it didn't matter for a shorter stay, the beach was really crowded in the season

Comfortable hotel room, ideally situated when it comes to walking toward the park where the music festival "Jazz à Juan" takes place.

Via my reservation on booking website, I asked for a parking spot. They never received this demand, and I had to park quite far away. I've been said that I should have called the reception, but nothing was said about this on the description of the hotel - where the parking is mentioned.

The location is great especially if you're going without a car rental. It is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars and the casino. Staff was friendly. The hotel gave us a discount (through booking.com) as it was low season and on top of it when we requested a parking spot, they offered one for 8 euros per night instead of 15 which was highly appreciated of course. 24 Hr check in and a 24 Hr small market facing it which is otherwise almost impossible to find in the area.

It's more oriented toward a budget stay so make sure to know your aim before booking. The hotel is relatively modern yet some of the facilities still seem of older times.

Location and balcony. The bed linen was comfy and the size of the bathroom was good. There is an ample wardrobe. There are a few great cafes for breakfast - i would recommend those rather than paying to eat breakfast in the hotel.

Not much room to walk around the room, the room doesn't feel overly small but there isn't much floor space. Stingy welcome tray . If you are sensitive around others smoking be warned as the smell travels through air con or balcony patio doors.

Good breakfast. Very good location (5 min away from the train station and also from the sea). As a result, excellent starting point to visit local POIs, but also Antibe (30min by foot) or Nice (30 min train) or Monaco (1h train). Good room, with a big terace and a second balcony. Like-new furniture in the bedroom. Working facilities. Working and fast heating system. Cleaning every day! Parking inside the inner yard, however limited. If coming with car, definetely book it!

The receptionist Hoda and Haja were very helpful and kind, they did their utmost to help us with the bags and facilitate our stay at the hotel, the proximity to everything was very good especially very close to the beach and the restaurants where you can easily walk to. the train station is 100 meters away fro the hotel and the private parking was so convenient but please book ahead for your spot because it is limited to 10 cars.
